I ordered a shirt last month and assumed standard returns applied. At first I was annoyed — their checkout didn't mention no-returns for fit. I contacted them and, to my surprise, they issued a full refund quickly. Still murky policy, but refund fixed it.
Refund handled well
All in all, glad it got sorted — they refunded me after a disappointing order. The piece didn't match the design and felt a bit cheaper than I expected, but support was quick, friendly and handled it smoothly. Way better than others.
T-shirt
I bought a T-shirt from that store, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with how it turned out. The fabric was all unevenly cut, so the shirt looked messy and not how I thought it would be. I'm so unhappy with it that I'm actually thinking about just burning it and being done with it.
Clothing items

To my surprise, the store told me they don't do returns for items that don't fit. I thought that was pretty annoying, since most companies these days accept returns or exchanges for stuff that doesn't fit. It wasn't really clear on the website when I bought the clothes, so I was bummed to find this out later. But after I told them how I felt, the company did end up giving me a refund, which I'm thankful for. I've updated my review and rating to show this good result.
