$300 online purchase
My recent purchase of over $300 was a total nightmare. The package I got was all messed up and some stuff was even missing. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't much help at all. They basically just told me to handle it with the delivery company by myself, which was not cool given how much I paid.
Recent clothing purchase
I ordered some really cute clothes online, but it's been a whole month and my packages are still missing! I tried reaching out to customer service online, but it was super strange and not really helpful. I just want to talk to someone over the phone to figure out what's going on with my order. They haven't even bothered to call me back to try to fix this mess. Ugh!
Online sale items
This company is terrible! I ordered some stuff online on sale and when I tried to exchange them because they didn't fit, they wouldn't let me. It's so sneaky and shady. Their return policy is confusing and misleading. It's just not cool at all.
