    Outdoor lamp purchase

    I bought an outdoor lamp on their website and it got here pretty fast, but one of the glass panels was busted. Customer service took a bit to get back to me about the return and replacement, probably because of summer vacation, but after some back and forth, they sent me a new lamp that was all good. They came through in the end and I'd say they're trustworthy. Definitely recommend checking them out!

    Perfect lighting, quality merchandise

    My experience with Luminaire Center was a real rollercoaster ride. The lighting fixtures I bought are exactly what I wanted in terms of design and quality. But man, the process of ordering was a total nightmare. I placed my order at the end of April and then heard absolutely nothing for 20 days, besides a confirmation of my payment. I sent several emails asking about my order, but got no response. Talk about stressful! Finally, I had to call the customer service number they gave me, and luckily, someone actually listened to my complaint. It's disappointing that I had to leave a review on Trustpilot before they took any action. Was it just a coincidence that my order was suddenly delivered shortly after? Who knows. Even though the cardboard box was completely crushed when it arrived, the excessive bubble wrap inside made me feel better. And thankfully, the lighting fixtures were in perfect condition.

    Crystal chandelier acrylique

    Wow, I can't believe it. I ordered this gorgeous crystal chandelier online, but when it got here, it turned out to be acrylic! I reached out to them to return it, but they are totally ghosting me. And to top it off, their phone number isn't even working anymore. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of that company!

    I paid for an order back on September 9th, but I am still waiting on my refund from Luminaire Center. I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times, but no luck. I even contacted their bank for help, but they wouldn’t assist me. I’ve called and emailed Luminaire Center, but they haven’t responded at all. It’s frustrating that they are based in England, making it harder to solve this problem. I feel like I have no other option than to file a complaint to get this sorted out.

    I had a really bad experience with this website. The delivery took way longer than they said it would, and what I got didn't even match the description online. I had to keep bugging customer service to get the return address, and then had to pay to ship it back myself. The stuff they advertise on their site is just shady, almost feels like it should be against the law.

    Broken item, no customer service

    My order got here all messed up and I've been trying to get in touch with customer service forever! I can't get through on the phone and they're not answering any of my emails or messages. It's been two months already and I still haven't heard anything back. This has seriously been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, even though they have awesome stuff on their site.

    LED wall lamp purchase

    I bought this LED wall lamp from Luminaire Center, and I have to say, I'm really let down by it. The lamp I got is supposed to be adjustable with an antique brass finish, and a pro electrician put it up for me. But here's the thing - the LEDs are always a little bit on, even when I don't need them to be. It's annoying at night and totally unnecessary during the day. I reached out to Luminaire Center and sent them a pic like they asked, but I haven't heard back yet. The electrician thinks it's because the LEDs are just plain low-quality.

    Spot light received instead of chandelier

    I have a problem with my recent order from this store. I ordered a spot light but got a chandelier instead. I contacted customer service to complain and they asked for a picture of the chandelier. Now I'm just waiting for them to send me the spot light and take back the chandelier. I hope they fix this soon or I'll have to leave a bad review.

    Two bedside lamps

    I bought two bedside lamps from Luminaire Center not too long ago, and one of them crapped out on me right away. I got in touch with Mark Lisser, who said I could pick a replacement from their catalog. So I picked one out and sent it in, but even after reaching out three more times, I still haven't gotten my new lamp or any updates on what's going on with my order. This lack of communication and follow-up is really getting on my nerves and has definitely soured my opinion of Luminaire Center's customer service. I'd recommend folks to steer clear of this place.
