TRX 3.0 board, $1100
I ordered this really awesome electric board online, but it never arrived! Like, where did it go?! The company keeps telling me they delivered it, but I never received it and they can't even tell me who brought it. I'm only 12 and saving up for things is tough, so this is really disappointing. I'm working on getting my money back now, but I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them. Total scam!
Wheels for a skateboard
I just bought some new wheels for my skateboard online. But when I tried to put them on my board, they didn't fit right. So I reached out to the customer service team to see about getting a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, they told me their policy only allows for returns on defective items or packages that can be rerouted during shipping. Even though I explained that the wheels were unused and still in the box, they wouldn't budge. It's pretty frustrating and definitely not a great customer service experience.
Lost my parcel with wheels
Hey, I got this really awesome package with wheels coming, but it never showed up. I waited forever, but it never arrived. I've heard that this kind of thing happens often, so be careful and don't bother sending anything back.
All terrain board purchase with extra street wheels
I just bought this all terrain board with extra street wheels, and man, what a mess. The customer service was terrible, they tried to blame me for the delivery never showing up. But I checked with the post office, and turns out they never even shipped my order. Can you believe that? So sketchy!
175MM Pneumatic Wheels Kit
I ordered a 175MM Pneumatic Wheels Kit from the website back in July. I received a notification that it was delivered, but it never actually arrived. I went to the post office to check, and they told me that the tracking number I was given was invalid. Couldn't get in touch with customer service, they were impossible to reach. My advice is to avoid this company, their dishonesty and terrible service are not worth your time or money.
Hoverboard
I got this really cool hoverboard from this one place, it was blue and super fast which was exactly what I was looking for. But then, it broke down on me, so I had to reach out to their customer service. Let me tell you, it was a nightmare! I was on hold forever before I finally got to speak with someone, and all they said was they would fix it. But man, it took months before I actually got it back in working condition. Talk about frustrating! All I wanted to do was ride my hoverboard again. Hopefully they can step up their customer service game because the hoverboard itself was awesome.
Skateboard
I'm a LycaonBoard customer and I recently bought a skateboard from their website. But man, let me tell you, the whole thing was a mess. I got an email saying my order was on its way, but the skateboard never showed up. I even went down to the post office to ask about it, and they said it was never even sent out. I feel totally let down and lied to by this company. Honestly, I now think they're running some kind of scam. Luckily, my bank helped me out and got me a refund for this shady deal.
Hoverboard with accessories
I ordered this super cool hoverboard with awesome wheels and all the extras but, man, it's taking forever to get here! I've been waiting forever and they won't even hit me up. It's seriously the worst!
All-terrain longboard
I bought an all-terrain longboard back on July 7th, but I still haven't gotten it. It's been kind of a letdown dealing with the company because they haven't been great at keeping me in the loop. I've asked them about my order, but they haven't given me any real answers about when I can expect it. The website says it's been delivered, but I sure haven't seen it. At this point, I'm feeling pretty annoyed and unsatisfied with the whole situation.
Lycaon swift
One sentence. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They wont send the product but they do take your money. They wont respond to anything but will try to sell you more which you wont receive and if you do itll be after months of not knowing what the ... is going on. Their track and trace is BS just something to keep you occupied while they take your money. Wish i never ordered from this ... company. Now im about 500 dollars lighter for nothing. Ive reported them for fraud and hope i can receive mg money back somehow. Dont buy stuff from china find a reseller in your own country because this is not worth it.

This is a bad company to deal with. Not only did I pay full price and on time on this item but they do not respond to my e-mails where is my item. When they finally did, it was explained that the product was sent through Canada and would take just a few days. Now there are months and no item. They do not respond to e-mails or any indication of what happened to my order. This has been a nightmare dealing with such a company like this.

Bought a board in October 2020 as a Christmas present for my kids. Arrived on time but it did not work out of the box. After sending three videos, I was told they had a batch of bad batteries and replacements were on back order. I continued to hear this story for several months. In April, six months after my purchase, I stopped payment through my credit card on the last day of my credit card protection plan. Lycaon then decided to respond and said I cheated them and were not going to send the battery. I’ve offered to pay for the board if they send a battery and it works. I’ve also offered to return the board. They don’t respond any longer. Very disappointing as the board looks good and im sure it would have been fun.

Boards arrived quickly. They both worked for about an hour. Then 1 of them stopped holding a charge and was dead. Horrible customer service as you can’t talk to a real person and email responses were with in a day but I had to submit a video of what happened and even after that it’s been over 2 weeks and no replacement battery ( which is what they said it was). So we have had the board for 6 weeks but it has been sitting for 4 now.

Purchase was easy, only PayPal payment method available, tho. Few days later I got message that they can't deliver to my address that was correctly added on the order details. They made refund, but refunded 15€ less than what I paid. Other words they did nothing else that charged 15€ from me from them mistake.

I paid this Company Over $400 for a board for my son’s Birthday. That was 6 Weeks ago. I did receive a Tracking number but after just Speaking with FedEx I’m told they Did create a Label for my board But they have NOT shipped the order and it has been 6 Weeks! I have Attempted Many, Many times to reach them by Email which mysteriously gets placed into a “Que” & Never gets delivered. I have Repeatedly called the number they provided and that is Not a working number. At this point I have no choice but report them as Fraudulent & hire an Attorney. It would be worth paying the money to make sure No One else goes through what I have with these people! Anyone else have problems receiving your order AFTER they take your Money???
Linda, We are seeing the same thing with my son's order. He ordered it on June 3. June 4 the money cleared our bank account. It's still sitting magically in a FedEx non existent que. It's July 17. Did you ever receive the board or file a dispute with your bank? I'm trying to be patient due to COVID and shipping delays but I'm feeling used and taken advantage.
I had been able to get some degree of communication with someone named Henry. My fedex tracking number had been pending since June 18th. I was told recently by this Henery that the boards ship by sea to China first then go to California then to fedex (if you live in the US) and that my order has been held up in customs for some reason and that he was trying to get some information on it. I’m not going to personally vouch for them but they seem legit from research.
I also bought a Lycaon GR. I was happy to receive it. But after using it for a few times it was not working anymore. For no reason. Very bad customer service. I was also in contact with Henry. Over 30 mails so far and the board is still not working.
All I wanted was a replacement battery that was under warranty. I didn't have time to take the videos and pictures he ("Henry") asked for because my brother died, so he had a false shipping label made that he dicked around with and lied to me about for 3 weeks.

I'm in the same freaking boat - I ordered a board for my kid in early April with a 5 day turnaround. Then, ghosted..., NO updates, then they respond middle of May, sorry, it's backed up...then they respond a week ago, oh, you received it end of April.
I am so freaking insanely ... right now.
