Gift purchase, denied exchange
I bought something from this store, but it was the wrong size so I wanted to exchange it. I asked, but they said no because of their 14-day return policy. I even showed them proof of the right size, but they still wouldn't help me out. Their customer service was terrible, especially for a brand that's supposed to be fancy. This bad experience really stuck with me, and I won't be shopping there again.
Jacket with Defect
I just bought this jacket on Black Friday, right? And man, when it came in, it had this defect. So, I hit up customer service to see if they could either give me a new one or match the price to make up for it. At first, they said they'd match the price and told me to send the jacket back. But then, once I sent it in, they changed their tune and didn't want to honor the discounts I got from another seller. That's not cool, you know? Especially coming from a brand that's supposed to be all high-end. I'm used to shopping at places like Chanel, Hermes, and Moncler, where they treat you like royalty. Mackage definitely doesn't measure up to those standards.
Faux fur coat purchase
Don't waste your time or money on their products. The quality is terrible for the high cost. I've been trying to reach out to customer service for two years about the bad jacket I bought, but no luck. Their warranty is a joke and they don't seem to care about customers after they've got your money. Stay away from this brand to avoid any headaches.
Incorrect item received, racist experience at NYC store
I just gotta say, I had a pretty rough time dealing with your company as a customer. I ordered a certain jacket for my wife, but got sent a totally different coat. When we tried to return it at your NYC store, we were met with some serious hostility, accusations, and even a racist encounter from this employee named SHERI. We gave all the info and showed proof of purchase, but still got treated like we were trying to scam the place. The whole situation was super unprofessional and disrespectful. It's really disappointing to see that kind of behavior from a company like yours with such a good rep.
