    Wow! I am shocked to see all the negative reviews on here. Let me tell you about my experience at the store, it was totally different. I went in on a Saturday morning and bought a new mattress, and it was delivered to me early Sunday morning - can you believe that quick service? Everything went really smoothly and I am thrilled with my purchase. The staff there was so nice and helped me find the perfect mattress for me. I definitely suggest this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

    I was a little concerned at first because of some negative reviews, but I actually had a pretty good time getting my warranty exchange approved for store credit. I did what they asked, and they gave me the go-ahead right away, no problems. The folks at the showroom were really nice and helped me find the perfect replacement mattress. All in all, I'm happy with how everything turned out and I might come back for my next mattress purchase.

    High-quality mattresses for sound sleep

    I have seen how mattress or sleepware matters in your sleep and peace of life. I was constantly changing it finally stopped with mattress firm. there were some brands which I know they are awesome but with the price they offer that, man, that's buying like more than furniture. But mattress firm kind of give you the same quality the afforadable price. it is remarkable.
    My sleep is way better now.

    So, here's the deal. I took a gamble and bought a new mattress online, but man, was that a mistake. Ordering it was a total nightmare. The website kept crashing, and it took me days to actually complete my purchase. When I finally got that sorted out, I thought the worst was behind me, but nope. The customer service was a disaster - automated messages, long waits on hold, and when I finally talked to someone, they were no help and super rude. And the prices? Forget about it, I could've gotten a better deal from a guy on the street. To top it all off, delivery was a mess. The mattress showed up late and the delivery person was seriously rude. All in all, not a great experience, that's for sure.

    Adjustable base purchase

    I bought this adjustable base, but guess what? The delivery guy shows up and says they won't take the old base from the other store! Can you believe that? And then when I tried to cancel the order, Mattress Firm wouldn't give me a refund. It's ridiculous. Such crooks, you know?

    Firm foamy pillow

    I got this really firm foamy pillow from the store and man, it was a big mistake. The customer service was just awful every step of the way. I mean, I ordered the pillow and it just disappears during shipping. It took a whole two weeks of back and forth between the store and customer service to finally get it sorted out. Nobody could give me a straight answer on what the heck was going on. And the tracking info was useless, so aggravating! Honestly, I should've just canceled the purchase right then.

    I had a really bad experience at that store. I picked out a mattress to buy, but they didn't tell me it wasn't in stock. On top of that, I never got a receipt so I had no idea where my order was. When I tried calling the store for help, no one answered. The whole situation was so frustrating and left me feeling let down.

    Mattress purchase issue

    I was trying to buy a mattress, and my credit card got charged $500 extra by mistake because of a mix-up with the salesman. He said I'd get my money back in two days, but it's been over 10 days now and still nothing. Super annoyed with the lack of action, so I just went ahead and canceled the whole order. They never delivered the mattress like they promised, and now Mattress Firm has my cash and I'm left with no mattress. Really hoping they hurry up and give me my refund soon.

    Coil Spring Mattress

    My experience at Mattress Firm was a total letdown. I shelled out nearly $500 for a coil spring mattress, but what they delivered was a used or factory reject memory foam mattress. When I reached out to the store, the salesperson didn't take me seriously and corporate only offered me a small portion of what I paid. For the last year and a half, I've been dealing with terrible sleep and no support from the mattress, making it super hard to get up in the morning. The low quality of the product and the awful customer service have been incredibly frustrating.

    Expensive mattress purchase

    I recently splurged on a fancy mattress from the store, but it was a total bust. Supposed to have a ten-year warranty, but it started sagging after just one year. Customer service was zero help - they wanted me to take apart the whole bed and snap pics, but I couldn't do it with my physical limitations. Also, they said they'd come check it out in person but never showed. It's been a real nightmare dealing with this company, so I'd warn anyone thinking of buying from them to think twice unless you want to throw away a bunch of money.

    Mattress and bed frame purchase

    So, I bought this mattress and bed frame online from this place. The crazy thing is, they didn't even have what I wanted in stock, so they just gave me something else. And get this, they didn't even give me back the extra money I paid for the original item. I mean, come on, what a rip-off! Then, when they finally delivered the bed, they were supposed to set it up and take away the old one, but guess what? They just dropped it off and took off! So, I tried to call them, but they don't even have phone service, can you believe that? I had to chat with some online agent, and they were absolutely no help. They basically tried to blame me for not telling the delivery person to set it up. Seriously?

    Adjustable split king bed with massage

    I recently bought a split king bed with massage from the store. I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, and when it finally arrived, one of the adjustable bases was broken and didn't work. I was really disappointed that I had to go through the whole ordering process again just to get a replacement for the faulty base. It felt like they were making it my problem to fix their mistake. When you spend a lot of money on something, you expect it to work right out of the box. Having to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix their error was not okay. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone in the same situation.

    Mattress purchase

    Hey, listen, I gotta be real with you. The mattress is okay, but the delivery totally sucked. I made it clear I wanted the guys to wear shoe covers since we don't allow outdoor shoes inside. But this one guy didn't care and walked all over my new rug with his dirty shoes, leaving a mess. And to top it off, he didn't even say sorry.

    Box spring purchase

    I ordered a box spring online from this store. Supposed to get it on May 6th, but on May 5th, they emailed me saying it wasn't available. They said it wouldn't be coming until 3 weeks later on Memorial Day weekend. Looked at some reviews online and it seems like this happens a lot with this store. Super frustrating. Hoping they can give me my money back soon, but it's been hard getting a hold of them. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
