Bison and elk meat purchase
I recently bought some bison and elk meat from this company and I was seriously impressed with how good it was. The meat got to me pretty quick and it was totally frozen, which was nice because shipping perishable stuff can get tricky. The sizes of the products were right on point and the packaging was solid, keeping the meat fresh during the trip. I liked how much care they put into packing it up, it showed they really care about how good their products are and making sure folks are happy. I've only tried the elk meat so far, but it was delicious and lean, which is perfect because I like healthier meat choices. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Shipped to wrong address
I just gotta tell ya about this super frustrating thing that happened to my order from this online pet pharmacy. So I spent a big ol' $300 bucks and the dang thing got shipped to the completely wrong address! Turns out there was a glitch on the website that didn't save the right address I typed in when I checked out. Normally, I'd be expecting a real headache trying to fix this mess, but man, the customer service rep I talked to was absolutely amazing!

Phonics program for struggling reader
I wasn't sure about trying out this phonics program at first, but boy am I glad I did! My granddaughter was really having a hard time in school because her reading skills were lacking. Her school didn't really focus on phonics, so she was just supposed to memorize words without really knowing how to sound them out. I gave this program a shot and I was totally impressed by the results. We worked on it all summer and it was a breeze to use. The coolest part was that they made it fun for her, so she actually had a good time while learning. When school started up again, her reading had improved so much and now she's almost caught up with her classmates. I'd definitely recommend this program to anyone trying to help a struggling reader.

I was a little concerned at first because of some negative reviews, but I actually had a pretty good time getting my warranty exchange approved for store credit. Scope for a rifle
I recently ordered a scope for my rifle from this company as a customer. I liked the selection and prices on their website, but I was really bummed out by their shipping process. I paid extra for faster shipping, thinking I'd get my order quickly, but that didn't happen. It took over a week for the post office to even acknowledge my order, and now I won't get my scope until 10 days after I ordered it. This slow shipping is not cool, especially since the item was in stock and I paid for faster shipping.

Bathing suit purchase
I was really disappointed with the bathing suit I bought. The material was super thin and there weren't any pads in the chest area. Also, the other suit I got didn't fit like I thought it would, so I had to send it back. Now I'm just waiting for my refund and I hope to get that sorted out soon.

My sister is obssesed with shoes.. She had prom couple weeks ago and I wanted to buy her something special. When I discovered Girotti I knew that she would love the idea to design her shoes.
We were very excited and a bit stressed if the shoes will arrived on time but the customer service convinced us they will arrive.
Very responsive customer service and great product! The quality of the leather is absolutely amazing, they are stunning! Thank you Girotti for making my sister so happy!Very bad experience. I waited months for my shoes, which didn't fit, and sent them back but they're not issuing the refund. Beware! Avoid!
I got four pairs because they have all over the website free returns; very-very-poor quality, not made in italy, sent the wrong size and one of the soles with wrong color; no refunds; no nothing. A scam!

Girotti is an online Bulgarian business with two employees that brands itself Italian. Notice that shoes do not say where they are made. There are no refunds. Expect very bad quality shoes that won't fit
I love the shoes I purchased . I chose a cobalt blue suede with a jeweled heel and I feel so elegant when wearing them . The colour is vibrant , the comfort perfect and they turn heads . Simply love them .

These shoes are among the best, I have ordered online. Great quality for the money. I ordered one pair to check out the fit and quality and was amazed. I am preparing to place another order for six pair.An unexpected and unrivalled experience. Stumbled, by glorious accident, upon the Girotti website, and tentatively ‘designed’ my own shoe combination (after hours and hours of fruitless searching). The result - incredible! And half sizes makes the fit almost perfect. Could not be happier.
I am one of those who feels ripped off. The order of two pairs with my meticulous measuring resulted in extremely late deliveries, at different times, with both pairs being far too large. Since the return policy requires a turnaround of two weeks or no return, I was in limbo about how to return them. I placed the order in early August and received the shoes in early October. Really? They do not fit, the response from customer service has been a runaround with no resolution. The apparent location is South Africa (really?) and the customer service number is New York (really?). I am so upset with this company and its slow walking every aspect of this order that I want to fly there myself and scream at them. Avoid. Please. Avoid. No way to get my money back and stuck with shoes that are large enough for a size 9 foot. I wear a 7.

Tried to send back a pair of shoes .I had ordered in February. For a refund. Received them back a couple of days ago with the message acceptance was refused . The original packing slip and accompanied paperwork was in Italian only, very hard to go by.
