The way they care and their kindness, seriously, it's like nothing I've ever seen before. They even offered to send the whole order again, but I was like, nah, that's too much. I'm so fed up with this company. I placed an order a week ago and haven't heard a peep since. Their customer service is a joke - no one picks up the phone or bothers to respond to emails. It's like they're all about taking your money but not so much about actually helping you out. Never again will I order from these folks.

I emailed customer service a couple of times, but they never got back to me. I checked out Trustpilot and turns out this company has scammed people before. Plus, the clinic addresses on their site are fake. Definitely steer clear of this company and don't waste your money.

So, I snagged this Medik8 serum from this one spot and lemme tell ya, it was a total fail. They were quick to take my money, like lightnin', but then vanished quicker than my homework when my mom's on the hunt for it. I started sweatin' it, thinkin' maybe they dipped for good, but finally, after what felt like forever, they got in touch. They hooked me up with a credit note, which was cool and all, but c'mon, I just wanted my cash back, not store credit. They blamed delivery problems for the holdup, but why didn't they clue me in sooner? Oh well, at least I'll be seein' some money again, so that's a win.

This company, oh boy, let me tell you, it's a total joke. I ordered a serum from them and it took forever to get here. And you know what's even worse? There was absolutely no communication about the delay. Their customer service is a joke too. It's like they don't even care about their customers, it's really frustrating. If you want a company that gives a darn about you, definitely don't choose this one. Look somewhere else, seriously.
