Contact lenses and prescription glasses
The folks working at this place were super helpful and really made sure we had a great time. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we left happy. Their knowledge and professionalism were really impressive. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for contact lenses or prescription glasses. The customer service we got was excellent and we'll definitely be coming back. Big thanks to the employees for doing a great job!
Review about: Trainline
Day trip to London
I recently planned a day trip to London with my daughter using Trainline. Unfortunately, our train got canceled on the day of our trip, which could have messed up our whole plan in London. Trainline quickly let me know about the delay, so I got to the train station early. They gave me a refund for my original ticket right away, and I was able to get a new one for a cheaper price than at the train ticket office. I really appreciated their help and understanding during this annoying situation. On the flip side, the folks at the train office were not helpful at all and brushed me off, saying I wouldn't get a refund and blaming me for not knowing about the cancellation even though their website had said the train was on time just the day before. All in all, I was really impressed with Trainline's customer service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Order placed on the 20th
I'm so fed up with this company. I placed an order a week ago and haven't heard a peep since. Their customer service is a joke - no one picks up the phone or bothers to respond to emails. It's like they're all about taking your money but not so much about actually helping you out. Never again will I order from these folks.

Spaceship battle game
The gameplay in that game was pretty intense and thrilling, and the graphics were amazing, really making you feel like you were right in the middle of a space battle. There were tons of different ships and weapons to choose from, which made the gameplay super strategic and exciting. The only downside was that the matchmaking system could be better because it took forever sometimes to actually find a game to play.

Empty box
The same thing happened to me as it did to that other customer. I ordered something online and when it got delivered, the box was empty! Can you believe it? I called customer service and they kept me on hold forever, like 20 minutes. Finally, they came back and said the delivery company claimed the box weighed the right amount, so they wouldn't refund me. So frustrating! I thought if I went to the store in person, I'd get better help, but nope, same terrible service. This store is a rip-off! It's a total joke and they really should just close up shop. Such a waste of money.

Arsenal shirt purchase
I was just scrolling through Instagram and I came across my favorite sporting outlet promoting this awesome store that sells all sorts of sports gear. Being a huge Arsenal fan, I was already thinking about getting their latest shirt, so I took a peek at what this store had to offer. I found the shirt I wanted pretty quickly and even got some assistance from their staff on social media. Ordering was a breeze and I got my shirt in just 3 days! I mean, I live in the UK so that's pretty speedy. All in all, nothing out of this world, but everything went smoothly and I'm totally happy with my purchase.
