Chill Wave deodorant
When I got this new deodorant, I was really excited to give it a shot. But when I first used it, the stick was literally melting in my hands. I was so disappointed, but I decided to shoot them an email about it. They were surprisingly nice and understanding. They mentioned they had tweaked the formula and even sent me three extra sticks for free. Now my deodorant sticks are holding up well and keeping me smelling good. I still need to reapply when it's scorching out, but that's totally fine with me. I'm pretty satisfied with my natural deodorant now.
Subscription order not delivered
I went through the same thing as another customer. I signed up for a subscription with this company, but I never got any more deliveries after the first one. I tried emailing them many times, but all I got back were promises that my package was coming soon. After waiting months with no sign of my order, I had to step in and call my credit card company to stop any more charges from going through.
Online purchase nightmare
I've ordered from this company before and never had any problems, but my recent experience was a total disaster. Customer service was completely unresponsive for weeks, so I had to do a chargeback because my order never even shipped. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email about renewing a subscription that I never even signed up for. I couldn't even log into my account to try and fix things or get in touch with customer service. They charged me without my permission and I ended up having to cancel my credit card.
Unauthorized charge on credit card
I was totally surprised when I saw a charge from this company on my credit card bill because I had no idea who they were. I called my bank right away to report the transaction and get it fixed. It's not right for any company to charge you without permission, and I'm really upset about the lack of security to stop things like this from happening.
Subscription order issue
I just signed up for a subscription with this company, and everything was going well at first. But things took a bad turn when they charged me for an order in October of 2023 but never actually sent it to me. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but haven't gotten any response. It's really disappointing to see such poor communication and customer service from this company. I'm pretty frustrated and not satisfied at all. I would recommend being cautious before signing up for any subscriptions with them.
