Balancing glasses post-LASIK
I just got a new pair of glasses for balance after my LASIK surgery. But, the nose bridge ended up breaking not long after. So, I contacted customer service and they were really helpful. They quickly sent me a replacement. Big thanks to the folks at Eyekeeper for the great service!

Suit purchase
I just bought a suit from this store, but man, I was so let down by the false advertisement. The ad showed a whole suit, but all I got was a jacket. It took a whole month of dealing with their nonsense to get my money back, and I even had to go to Consumer Affairs to make it happen. Finally got a refund, but no apology or anything from the seller. It's pretty crappy that other people have gone through the same thing with their other stores.

Cool shoes I couldn't get because UPS didn't know my door number
I was so pumped to get my new shoes, but then UPS messed up and didn't deliver them because they said they didn't know my door number. Seriously, they had my phone number and email, why couldn't they just reach out? It's such a letdown because I was really looking forward to those shoes and now I gotta wait even longer. I'm all about the shoes, but the delivery service really dropped the ball.

Hammock purchase
I just bought a hammock from Trunk Outdoors and I gotta say, I am seriously blown away by how good it is. The material is strong and cozy, just what you need for chilling outside. The customer service folks were also super helpful in helping me decide and answering all my questions. I'm definitely gonna be telling all my friends and fam about Trunk Outdoors.

International package delivery
My experience with this company was awesome! I ordered a few things from overseas and they got to me in about two weeks, which was pretty reasonable. The service was top-notch, super efficient and professional. They kept me in the loop the whole time on where my packages were at. I loved that they even took pictures of each package as it arrived and bundled them together for me to make delivery easier. The tracking system was a bit iffy at times, but I think that's a problem lots of shipping companies have. All in all, I was really happy with how everything went and I would totally use them again.

Subscription order issue
I just signed up for a subscription with this company, and everything was going well at first. But things took a bad turn when they charged me for an order in October of 2023 but never actually sent it to me. I've tried emailing them multiple times, but haven't gotten any response. It's really disappointing to see such poor communication and customer service from this company. I'm pretty frustrated and not satisfied at all. I would recommend being cautious before signing up for any subscriptions with them.
