Cashmere sweater purchase
I just bought some cashmere sweaters from this store, but I was pretty bummed because they were really itchy and didn't fit right. When I tried to return them, turns out there's a restocking fee taken out of the refund. It's been weeks now and still no sign of my money back. I've had way better luck with a different brand that has softer and thinner cashmere, plus a quicker return process. Waiting this long for a refund on expensive cashmere stuff is pretty stressful.
Basic cashmere sweater purchase
The cashmere sweater was super soft and fit me just right when I first got it. But after wearing it a couple of times, I noticed it started getting all balled up and looking really worn out. It was a bummer because I had high hopes, especially since it wasn't cheap. And then I bought two of them as Christmas gifts when they were on sale, but with the 30-day return policy, I was out of luck when the people I gave them to noticed the same issue. Even though the tags were still on, I couldn't do anything about it. I was not happy with the quality or the customer service experience at all.

I'm really upset about my recent purchase from this company. The cashmere sweater I got was just awful. It's obvious they're trying to sell low-quality stuff for crazy high prices. I've known about their shady ways for a while now, and it's so annoying to see them keep tricking people. They're based in China and trying to hide it, acting like they're a fancy US brand with stores in cool spots. Their prices are way too high for the junk they sell, and it's terrible how they con people into thinking it's top-notch stuff. I advise everyone to stay away from this company, they're a total scam.

My recent experience buying a cashmere sweater from this company was super disappointing. They got me all excited about a lower price because of their mistake, but once I made my purchase and they said they'd fix the price, they totally backed out. That kind of shady business isn't cool with me, and I'd recommend avoiding this company altogether.
Cashmere pants
Buyer beware. This company scams you. They sent the wrong color then when I tried to return it they would not except even an exchange. So I wrote to them and they then allowed me to pick another color that was not the color I ordered. Then they pretended that they were going to give me a refund because of their mistake, but when I tried to return the item, their computers would not allow a return.
A dog sweater
Beware!! This place is a total flaky rip off operation. 5 minutes after I placed online order I found the store in Dallas and went to buy item there as I needed it immediately. I tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing it and there is no option to cancel. No contact phone number. Just an email address. I emailed numerous times explaining the situation and got no response. I was out of town when the Fed Ex package arrived so was unable to refuse it. My credit card company American Express was no help. I spoke with the Dallas store who said they aren’t employed by Naadam but some management company. Said at first they couldnt refund me for the unopened package. Just give me a store credit. I dont need a store credit. Finally a different employee said they would refund me including the Fed Ex charge. The unopened package was returned yesterday and the would not refund the Fed Ex charge. I just spoke with the store on the phone and the clerk apologized that they were not able to refund the shipping charge. I will never buy from this shady operation. What kind of business operates do secretly? Rip off artists. Dont waste your time.
