A trusted brand
Genuine products, very nice. Quality is beyond my aspect Purposely prepared products for climbing and some similar missions but I use for my own usages due to durability and safety.

Useful for all seasons, no problem in water ,dirt or ice ,nice grip.
There was some options of different colors ,but I choose always a color very much visible in day n night hours.This role is not cheaper at all, they charge a very hard cost , may be some one find same length in less prices but I don't think quality will be even close to this class.Grigri 2 purchase
I just bought a Grigri 2 and I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The price I snagged it for was awesome and I didn't have any issues using any discounts. Only downside was that the shipping took a little longer than a previous order I placed with a different company. It ended up taking almost a week extra for my omcgear order to show up, which was kind of a bummer. They definitely went overboard with the packaging considering the size of the item, but it wasn't a huge deal. Besides the slower shipping, I don't have any major complaints about my experience with omcgear.
Patagonia jacket
I just bought a Patagonia jacket from this online store, and I gotta tell you, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I'd been thinking about getting this jacket for a while, but the cost was holding me back. Then, on Cyber Monday, I came across OMCgear and they were selling the jacket at a really good discount. What a find! Ordering it was a breeze, the price was way better than what other places were offering. The jacket showed up at my door in perfect condition in less than three days. The customer service was top-notch and I can't stop smiling about my purchase.
Quick return/exchange
I had to return something and the customer service team was awesome! They were super quick and helpful in getting my return sorted out and sending me a replacement in the right size. I was really impressed by how efficient and nice they were the whole time. Plus, they matched the price of my original order, which was a nice bonus. Thanks a bunch for making this whole thing so simple and easy!
Ski Jacket purchase
I got this really awesome ski jacket from this store, but dang, the shipping took forever and totally messed up my New Year's Day plans. I even paid extra for two-day shipping and it still came late. Not cool at all.
North Face Jester Backpack
I just bought a backpack from OMCgear and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it! The shipping was crazy fast - I got it the very next day. The packaging was super secure and the backpack was in perfect condition. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more stuff in the future!
3-day shipping
Oh my gosh, I live pretty far out and chose the 3-day shipping option. But you know what? My package arrived way faster than I expected! It was packed really nicely and had everything I was hoping for. I'm definitely looking forward to ordering from them again!
