Overpriced and low quality item
I bought something not too long ago that ended up being way overpriced. When I tried to send it back, the cost of postage ate into my refund, so I basically lost money on a really crappy product. Such a rip-off for what I paid.

Just wanted my test results
I was really looking forward to getting my test results from this place, but I ended up feeling pretty let down. They made me wait forever just to try and cash in on some extra phone call fees. It would be so much easier if they just let us access our results online, don't you think? I even reached out to customer service, but they told me I'd have to wait 2 to 3 business days for them to take action, and of course, nothing came of it!

I thought this app would have all the cool shows my mom watches, but turns out it only has the ones we already watched. I tried to find new ones, but they weren't there. What a waste of time!

My purchase was a huge medieval village set!
This medieval village is the latest addition to my collection, and I gotta say, it's pretty darn impressive! The building blocks are top-notch and are almost identical to the ones from that popular brick brand. The whole set is super detailed, looks realistic, and seems like it was put together by experts. Putting it all together is no joke - it's time-consuming and takes a lot of effort, especially for those who know their way around building sets. But man, it's such a blast and a real challenge!

VPN service, safety online
As someone who uses this VPN service, I gotta say it's been pretty helpful in keeping me safe online, especially when I'm trying to access restricted stuff in places like China. But I've run into some issues even when I'm using it here in the USA. Like, I've noticed that sometimes my news feed or search results show stuff from Australia instead of the USA, even though I told it to show me stuff from the USA. And there are some websites that just don't work right unless I turn off the VPN. I'm grateful for the security it gives me, but these problems are things that could use some fixing, you know?

Field of Greens
I found out about this company's stuff from a podcast host who recommended them, so I decided to try their Field of Greens. Let me tell you, it totally blew me away. As a parent, it's tough to get my picky 2-year-old to eat healthy stuff, but mixing a little bit of Field of Greens with mashed-up fruit has been a total game-changer. My little one loves it, and it gives him all the good stuff he needs. I'm definitely sticking with this company and their products from now on.

Maldives Mini Resort Dress
I have ordered a few items from KF over the past few years. The buttery soft fabrics ... fun prints are what drew me in, the cute styles looked perfect for sundress season! Unfortunately, their customer service is leaving much to be desired. I purchased another resort dress in June with a cute new Maldives print. I wore it one time and got multiple compliments on it! I was so excited for a great purchase. I washed it once - on delicate - and hung it to dry. Granted, the care tag does say to only hand wash and air dry, so maybe my bad? I would like to point out that I have another dress - same material ... style - and have cared for it in the same fashion with zero issues.
The second wear - multiple compliments again! And then I felt a weird breeze - the seam on the back ripped a big hole in it. Hours later, one of the straps popped off the back out of nowhere! The hole was in the back so I didn't worry about it (I was at a concert), and luckily I was able to tuck in the back strap and make it into a halter for the rest of the night.
I reached out to KF and asked for either a full refund OR a replacement dress. I was really all about a new dress as I thought this quality control issue was a one-off for the brand. Their reply was asking me how I washed the item. When I told them I washed it on delicate and air dried, they came back telling me they would not replace the dress because it was my fault due to my disregard for their care instructions. She even stated she DRY CLEANS her KF gear because "rayon is so delicate". I'm sorry, I'm not spending $150 on a sundress that needs to be dry cleaned because their craftsmanship is so fragile?!? That seems silly to me.
Her condolences on my issue were given and she offered me a 30% off coupon so I could replace the dress out of my own pocket. My question is now: why would spend another $100 (after the coupon) for a dress I can't wear more than once without it falling apart?
I used to be a big KF fan. It's a total ... that their CS isn't taking ownership of quality control and instead placing the onus on the customers' "mis-care" of their "delicate" items. I'll have to fine a new island-style clothier.
P.S. I would like to note that I have owned several rayon clothing items in the past, have always washed them in delicate and air dried with ZERO issues. The washing machine was not the culprit - the stitching definitely was.
