Best winter collections
Excellent products for winter season.In fact I was looking for 100% wool but not easy to find.More then six seven websites I visited .One coat I found here ,suitable for even coolest season.
Its Alpaca blanket coat ,nice color best part of attraction was most suitable for winter.Of course not a modern style coat but purpose matched.
For upper safety nicely attached hoodie ,and two pockets in down front.Its combination of two apparels ,felted Alpaca more then ninety percent and rest by nylon .very warm ,as i was expected
Cost is affordable.This seller can be added in list of shopping store.Only this is missing ,there is nothing for mens and kids.Sweater purchase
I gotta say, I was totally impressed with my latest order from this company. The sweater I got showed up super fast and was wrapped up all nice and neat. Once I put it on, I was amazed at how cozy and high-quality it felt. Seriously, it was way better than I thought it would be, and it looked even nicer than in the pictures on the website. You can bet I'll be coming back for more stuff in the future.
Dress
I love all the clothes they are classic. Sadly they are just to expensive. I would buy far more if the prices were more comparable with other boutques
Luxury Alpaca Sweater
I've been a loyal customer for so long, but I gotta say, I'm really not happy with the recent changes the company made. The quality and service were top-notch back when they had their UK office. But ever since they teamed up with this new designer, the prices have shot through the roof and the designs just aren't cutting it for me anymore. And to top it off, they closed down the UK business without even giving us a heads up. I felt totally abandoned, especially when I tried to return stuff for a refund. Dealing with the lack of communication and the delays in getting my money back has been a real headache. It's like they've totally lost touch with the customer and I just can't rely on them anymore.
Waffle Henley purchase
Oh man, I am seriously bummed about that store situation! I got this Waffle Henley and it literally started falling apart after only two times of wearing it. Can you even believe that? And it's not just me, other people are having the same issue! Like, what's up with their quality nowadays? Their stuff used to be amazing, now it's just so-so. And when I tried to complain, they were super rude! Seriously, I saved up my money for this shirt and they won't even give me credit? Not cool at all. I used to think this store was top-notch, but now it's just a letdown.
Long sleeve top purchase for wife
I got my wife a long sleeve top for Christmas, but I never got a confirmation email so I couldn't track my order. It took over a month before I heard from a customer service rep who said the item was out of stock and not coming back. The phone call was pretty bad quality too, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. My wife has been shopping with them for years, but now we're not sure if we'll keep buying from them after this mess.
