Totally worth it — I'd order again. Was a bit skeptical, but they were tidy, checked my living room sofa, now it's perfect for nightly TV.
Remembered my doubts
Right after it arrived I remembered why I hesitated; used it last week, delivery dented my wall, claim denied, still annoyed.
Solid find
Skeptical at first, but delivery showed up on time and customer service helped with a small issue. Price felt fair, so I'd recommend.
Kept me moving
Needed help moving with a bad back; Jackie stayed on it, helpful, even suggested packing trick, though pricey.
Quick, helpful Jackie
Was skeptical after bad vendors, but Jackie was super responsive and actually made the whole buying thing easy, honestly.
Moment of relief
Needed a recliner for chronic back pain, and I knew I was happy the minute I sat and felt the pressure ease — the guy let me try several (no rush), so yeah.
Steady help
We had a messy situation with many moving parts. Chris, the showroom manager, stepped in, took control and made the whole process feel calm and usable.
Came through for us
Chris, the showroom manager, jumped in when everything was chaotic and just really handled it — calmly, efficiently. Big relief. Wish more places had someone like him, honestly.
Warm but a bit rushed
felt a tad rushed and I had a couple follow-up questions later. Still, nice service.
Right mattress, smooth process
exact mattress, no fuss. Salespeople knew their stuff, delivery was quick and smooth. After slow service elsewhere this was a relief.
Downtown moment with Catalina
Standing by the display I saw Catalina at the downtown store — when she calmly sorted choices I knew I’d be happy. A little worry, but I told a friend.
Not great, but fixed
I hired them for a move because of a bad back. They scuffed the wall loading furniture, denied it as 'previous damage' — after a back-and-forth customer service paid and repaired, so relieved.
Nightly upgrade
Woke up on night two and realized this mattress actually hugs without sinking. Started using it the day it arrived; first impression — supportive, a bit cool, felt like an instant upgrade, team was helpful.
Morning test
Walked in with my wife and picked two couches. Saleswoman was polite but low on details, which was fine — she let us look. We used them every morning for coffee and evenings watching TV; first week I knew we'd made the right call, solid and comfy.
Pickup hiccup, ended well
Went to grab my order after work and realized I left my physical ID at home — classic. The clerk was strict at first; I showed my email receipt and a photo ID on my phone, then after a short wait a manager checked and handed it over. Felt relieved and honestly glad it worked out.
Last-minute swap
Went in last Saturday to pick a sofa and chairs; placed an order but next morning felt buyer's remorse. I called and canceled, then reordered a different sofa, a chair and a recliner. Doug made the switch easy, helpful and patient. First impression of the showroom was solid.
Middle-sag frustration
I bought the mattress in October with a warranty and only now noticed a pretty deep dip in the middle. The technician who came was friendly and we both saw the sag, which was surprising — then the company said they couldn't help. Disappointing. I wish warranties were actually clearer.
Late communication, decent couch
I was standing in the empty living room, worried it wouldn't show up on time — we'd moved, needed seating. I hesitated because delivery was listed as three to four weeks and planned a week away. Communication was messy, but movers were careful and the couch fits — my doubts eased.
Nice at first, broke fast
Not worth it — it sagged within months. Bought the oversized recliner from R&F in November 2024 after my sister recommended it; I saw it in their showroom first. Supposed capacity is 500 lb, but cushions collapsed and you can't actually sit comfortably. Kinda annoyed and disappointed right now.
Changed plans, happy now
I was nervous buying new couches — we’d just moved and my lower back needed better support, plus past shops had bummed me out. First order got swapped and I canceled. Tried a different set and, while cushions feel firm, the support fixed my worries.
