    Payment and silence worried me

    I was nervous before ordering — PayPal showed the charge but there was no order number and the phone listed went to voicemail. I needed the item for a move and my bad back, so I couldn't wait. After two weeks of silence I filed a PayPal dispute, the company called me back, sent a receipt and the shipment arrived. Annoyed by the delay, but product does what I needed.

    Not worth the trip

    Pulled into the lot after a 50-mile round trip, only to be told my mirror wasn't there — even though the website promised 3-day pickup. They shrugged, "we didn't call you." Super frustrating. The online product looked fine, but that lack of communication killed it. I've had slow deliveries before, but at least others tell you. Won't buy here again.

    I remember standing in the living room as the guys carried the last piece in. That’s when I knew I was satisfied. The furniture is solid and made well, but it was the process that sealed it — Farouk at the store was professional and made ordering easy, the tracking app showed where the truck was, and Jason and his crew handled delivery with care. After slow deliveries elsewhere, this felt refreshingly smooth.

    Surprised but happy

    I almost talked myself out of buying this — the photos looked fine but I had doubts about the build. Turned out my worry was legit. After a few uses the fabric started to split where you sit, not from scratches or anything, just normal wear. Customer service waved it away and blamed my 55‑lb dog because there was hair on it, which made me laugh and sigh at the same time. Feels cheap for the price.     Pretty on display, junk at home

    this sofa bed wasn't worth the money — I needed something comfy because of chronic back pain and a recent move, and hoped this would solve both. It looked great in the showroom and they promised it was sturdy, but at home the fabric feels cheap, parts feel like thin plywood or even cardboard, and the mattress started sagging, basically broke so the bed is unusable. I tried to give it a chance, honestly, but I keep finding issues. For the price I'm really disappointed, wouldn't buy again.

    I loved the look at first — it felt heavy and pretty solid when we set it up, paid over a thousand and thought, okay, this will last. Started using it right away for dinners, no kids, just normal use. After a few months the surface began to bubble and then warp, veneer peeling off in strips (weirdly slow but obvious). I called them a bunch of times; they sent technicians who basically kept saying it was normal. The product page said “hardwood, moisture resistant” — not the reality. I tried to get a repair or replacement, they wouldn’t do it. The moment I was actually satisfied was when I decided I wasn’t going to keep buying from them — felt like closing a chapter, strangely relieving. Been a customer for over ten years, but after this I’m done. Dry, frustrating, and disappointing.

We talked about adjustable bases and they steered me to mattresses that claim cooling. The rep knew his stuff — answered my questions, let me lie down multiple times, tested different feels. The cooling on the Tempur-Pedic LuxeBreeze king actually feels different, cooler during the first couple hours; my wife noticed it too when we slept on it the first night. It’s not perfect — a touch firmer than expected and pricey — but it’s been working in our daily routine.

    That quiet moment when I stopped worrying

    late calls, missed windows, and that tiny dread every time a delivery truck turned down the street. I first saw this style in a mall showroom — a friend actually pointed it out to me, said “that one’s comfy,” and I trusted that. So I ordered, figured it was a known brand and would be straightforward. Wrong.
    Delivery was supposed to be 2–4 PM. Instead I got a weird call at 8 AM from my new building saying the chair had been dropped off. I was still at my old place, at work, and couldn’t just stroll over — delivery hadn’t happened in the promised window. So I waited a whole week for them to try again. When the next one came, the timing was finally right, but the chair looked trashed: paint splatters on the fabric and a wooden handle, the seat felt sunk-in like someone had been living in it, and lowering it made a loud, ugly clunk. Not the smooth close I expected from a brand-name recliner.
    I went back to the store twice to compare the display model; it felt fine in-store, but the one at my place did not. After pushing back, the store reluctantly sent a tech — another week gone. The tech did a quick look, noted the paint, but wouldn’t sit in it to test the sag. Left. Another wait. When the replacement finally arrived it was noticeably better: no paint, it didn’t clunk as loudly, and the seat had actual support. That’s the moment I relaxed a little — it matched the memory of the showroom enough to be usable.
    One recurring thing I noticed with both deliveries: the movers forced the footrest down by hand instead of using the handle. Some chairs work that way, but this one explicitly has a handle and should be operated with it. I’m convinced that rough handling is why both chairs closed like junk at first. Between the back-and-forth, the weeks of waiting, and a no-refund-after-delivery policy the company printed on the sales ticket, the experience left a sour taste. I’m glad the second chair is okay, not thrilled by the process. If you’re picky or short on patience, be careful who’s hauling your furniture.

    New couch purchase

    Frank, the salesman, was really helpful when I went to the store. He was quick and eager to help me out with anything I needed, even going the extra mile to find more info to help me decide. The sales they had during the store opening and Memorial Day weekend were a nice surprise and made the visit even better. I can't wait for my new couch to get here and I'm so thankful for Frank's awesome customer service.

    Stress-free mattress purchase

    When I was shopping for a mattress, there were so many options at different prices. But let me tell you, the salesman, Harry Torres, was amazing. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave me advice without pushing me into anything, and was super patient while I made up my mind. I really like that the store lets you exchange the mattress within 120 days if you're not happy with it. And the free white glove delivery and getting rid of my old mattress for me? That was a great bonus.

    James at this store was seriously the best salesperson ever. He took the time to really hear what we were looking for and helped us pick out the most amazing bedroom furniture set. The whole thing went super smoothly and without any stress, which made a big impact on us picking out what we wanted.     The salesperson who helped me really knew their stuff and was super friendly, but the other folks working at the counter weren't as welcoming. They kinda rushed through everything and didn't really make me feel special, just like another number. It felt like your typical car dealership experience where they try to get you to spend more money at the last minute. The next day, I could see the business model was pretty solid, but the lack of personal touch left me feeling unsure and unappreciated. When I compared this to Bob's Discount, I realized that even though Raymour & Flanigan might have a better selection, they need to seriously step up their customer service game to make shopping more enjoyable.

    Recliner glider rocker chair purchase

    I just got a recliner glider rocker chair from that store and it was a really smooth experience. When I was looking online, I got in touch with this guy named Chris Wheeler who gave me some great tips on finding the perfect chair. Chris was super helpful and professional, but also cracked a few jokes which I liked. He made it easy for me to finalize the purchase, making sure I had all the info I needed.
