    Morning test

    Walked in with my wife and picked two couches. Saleswoman was polite but low on details, which was fine — she let us look. We used them every morning for coffee and evenings watching TV; first week I knew we'd made the right call, solid and comfy.

    Last-minute swap

    Middle-sag frustration

    I bought the mattress in October with a warranty and only now noticed a pretty deep dip in the middle. The technician who came was friendly and we both saw the sag, which was surprising — then the company said they couldn't help. Disappointing. I wish warranties were actually clearer.

    Nice at first, broke fast

    Not worth it — it sagged within months. Bought the oversized recliner from R&F in November 2024 after my sister recommended it; I saw it in their showroom first. Supposed capacity is 500 lb, but cushions collapsed and you can't actually sit comfortably. Kinda annoyed and disappointed right now.

She was patient and honest. Delivery showed up right on schedule, I put things to use that afternoon, and honestly I'm pretty pleased.

    Scratch then cozy

    Right after we set it up I spotted a gouge on the arm — thought, great, just what we needed, sigh. The store techs had caused it and at first I figured they'd wash their hands, but Stressless actually stepped in and sorted it. Now it's my go-to nap/movie chair, comfy as heck, so relieved.

    Walked back into the shop after our reno and the second I saw the sample Belinda had pulled, I knew it would work. She picked up where we left off, checked extra color options and didn’t rush us. I told my neighbor. Not perfect — tiny scratch on one piece — but really solid.

    I drove out there thinking it'd be quick—big mistake. Ordered a plain mirror Aug 28, site promised 3-day delivery and pickup Sept 5. Went 50 miles round trip, showed up and they told me it wasn't there. The rep basically shrugged "we didn't call." Feels like zero respect for my time; won't order from them ever again.

    Good stuff, clumsy follow-up

    Bought a bunch of living room stuff in early August and liked their range at first, hopeful. I ordered a lamp too, but found the same lamp cheaper on Amazon. Sales rep (Charlene) sent me to customer service — had to repeat everything, wait, and still no clear answer on shipping.
