Overall, for my 3 year old, she will ADORE it. But just as much as a lower priced doll. The face and hair are so odd (for lack of a better word) I am debating whether to change her into boy's clothes. I think they are definitely more realistic than most dolls on the market but not sure it's worth the money.I have bought 2 dolls from them.At first glance their faces do look a little different than the pictures but they're well made, size newborn clothes fit them perfect. My girls loved them! I definitely feel like they were worth the money.
I purchased the Alina doll and it arrived with the legs unattached. I was unable to attach one of the legs correctly. Neither leg is moveable because they are so tight. I contacted customer service and was told this was not a defect and that I would have to return the doll at my expense to China for a refund. I will not purchase anything from this site in the future.
I bought a doll from here, and I’m not gonna lie, this was the worst doll I have ever seen, it looks nothing like the picture at all! Don’t buy from here!

This is a scam .dolls are not what I ordered.just regular dolls .I ordered a boy and girl .the money I paid I could have gone to Wal-Mart got better dolls.I have been calling number they give and no one answers..

I purchased the Alina doll, it looks nothing like the doll in the website, the legs were not attached when received and each leg was a different color. The hair is a lighter brown and looks nothing like listed on the website - a total scam, and waste of money.
She has not got here yet it has been 6 weeks I am not joking

I knew when I ordered because of reading the reviews, I would get a good laugh and I sure did. I wish they would allow a picture. I only ordered so I could show other people who also got a good laugh. Do not waste your money.
Do not order from this store. Dolls look nothing like photos. Very disappointed. I am trying to get a refund at this time, but am getting a lot of run around back and forth. They want pictures and the whole nine yards, so I can tell this isn't going to be easy. Just don't buy a doll from this company. You can get a doll at the dollar store of the same quality and appearance.
Save yourself a big headache. The doll looks like something you buy at a local dollar store. Nothing like the picture. Quality is very cheap. Dealing with customer service was a mission in itself. Refuse to give you a refund. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Doll purchase
My doll just arrived and let me tell you, it's perfect! I was a little worried at first because I wasn't sure about where it was coming from and the website seemed kind of sketchy, similar to another site with bad reviews. But let me tell you, my reborn doll, who I named "Julia," is even better than I hoped for. She's so beautiful, cute, and looks just like the pictures they showed online. If you're thinking about getting a high-quality reborn doll, this shop is the way to go. I had my doubts about the pictures they were using, but seeing the certificate that came with my doll reassured me that it's the real deal. Alina Doll
I received the doll after approximately 20 days. When I opened the package I thought the doll was cute but I was disappointed to find that the body was made of cloth and not vinyl as I had ordered. So I contacted the company and they apologized for the mistake and offered to give me a 40 dollar refund and send me a new doll with a vinyl body. I was very impressed with their courtesy and kindness. I would definitely order from this company again. The doll is very cute and has a beautiful face. The arms and legs are soft to the touch. I bought the doll for my daughter. I'm sure she will like it when she gets it for her birthday!
I ordered a doll from them and the same thing happened. We got the doll and it was plastic with a cloth body...not what we ordered. The hair was horrible and felt like stuffed animal material. They refuse to do anything for us. I will never order from them again.

The pics you see are stolen from real reborn sculptors and the doll is then made from a cheap knock off generic doll kit. We got my 5 yr old one and the doll's legs weren't attached, then they keep falling back off. Even her head falls off. The hair is like electrified straw. My daughter loves it anyway but she would also go into the dumpster to "rescue" a doll if she were allowed.

Christmas gift doll
This doll totally surpassed what I was hoping for! When I got the doll, I was amazed at how much it looked just like the pictures online, from the clothes to the magnetic pacifier. The messy hair that some people mentioned didn't bug me at all because I can just cover it up with a hat. The quality of this doll is amazing, with beautiful painting, blushing cheeks, and a bit of weight to it. It feels really nice to hold, not too heavy for my daughter. The packaging was on point, no scratches or marks on the doll. I absolutely adore it and can't wait to see my daughter's face when she sees it on Christmas morning!
Reborn doll
I recently got a reborn doll from this shop and let me tell you, it was a disaster. I saw this super pretty doll on their website and I jumped at the chance to buy it. But when the package finally showed up, I opened it up and - surprise! - it was totally not the same doll. Like, not even close. It came in this clear plastic bag, not even put together, which was a major bummer. I've been through a bunch of miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy, so this doll was a kind of symbol of hope for me, you know? The mix-up was just so heartbreaking.
Misleading product description
I was so let down when I got my order and there was no doll in the package. It was super frustrating and just not okay. How could a store like this forget such an important thing? It felt like a total rip-off and a waste of my time and money. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

The doll was purchased for my sister who has stage 4 cancer. She wanted a "reborn doll". The price of those were too expensive so instead I bought her this one for now. She fell in love with her right off the bat. I had previously purchased another doll from another vendor and was very disappointed. Your doll was awesome. The quality of the product is better than the picture. My sister loves her. Her baby is with her in hospice while she is receiving her treatment and she keeps her company. I am so glad I purchased her. She is a great comfort to my sister. Thank you!

Dear rebornshop.com I received a shipment today, that was supposed to be a Bentley doll with blonde hair and blue eyes. The doll I received, bore more of a resemblance to a baby Chernobyl doll, with brown hair and brown eyes. There was very little resemblance to the doll that is pictured on your website. In researching feedback from other buyers (sadly, after the fact) I have concluded that there is little hope of a full refund. (yet another breach of your promise) Therefore I will be posting my experience along with comparable photos of the doll advertised, and the one that is sent. I will let the court of public opinion decide. While it is important for your company to start honoring the promises it makes to its customers, it is equally important that customers know not to buy from you until such a time as you begin to operate honestly.I bought a reborn baby,she is super.I love

the same thing happened to me. They are rude and will definitely not give a refund. They knowingly send out cheap versions of the dolls in the picture.

I recently ordered baby Journey and Bentley. I have yet to receive a tracking number for such babies. I want the REAL DEAL, I f you can't produce the advertised babies...then I would like to cancell the order, and get a refund.I purchased a girl doll, Hadlee, disappointed for the fact it doesn't look or feel as real as advertised but more importantly, I purchased a GIRL. Came with pink papers and pink bottle and pacifier. When I took off her pants to put the legs in, I discovered it was a boy. Emailed them a week ago and still hasn't responded. Nor can I find a phone number. Does anyone know a better way to contact them?

Let me start with positive. I expected 6 weeks for delivery. She got here in less and 3 weeks and was well packaged.
Her hair does look real but that’s the only thing that looks real. She very much looks plastic and fake. I purchased to practice photography with and I wanted something that looked real but was a little posable. She is posable for the the price I paid I expected it to look more realistic. I'm really impressed with the reborn doll I bought. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing, making it look so real. The packaging wasn't as great as the doll, but it didn't ruin my excitement. The doll is beautiful. She is exactly like the picture. The only downfall is to not expect the doll immediately. We received our doll about 4-5 weeks after purchase and I did not receive any shipping updates. This is a great doll for the price and I would recommend just allow time for the shipping.
Reborn babies with realistic sound quality
The sound quality is amazing! It really adds to the whole experience of having a reborn baby, making their cries sound just like a real newborn. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants that extra boost of realism.
Doll gift
The doll I got from here is so real! It's not as pretty as the picture, but it feels like it's gonna start moving any second. My daughter absolutely loves it and plays with it all the time. Thanks a bunch for such a cool gift!
Twin dolls purchase
I bought a pair of dolls from the store for my granddaughter's Christmas present, but there was a mistake with my order. The dolls that showed up weren't the ones I picked out, and to top it off, one of the dolls had broken legs. I've been trying to reach out to the store through email to swap out the doll, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Their lack of customer service has been really frustrating, especially since I shelled out a lot of cash for those dolls.

Birthday gift doll
I bought a doll for my granddaughter's birthday from an online store not long ago. But, man, when that doll came in the mail, it was definitely a fake - you could tell it was cheaply made. It really bummed out my granddaughter, and it left me feeling pretty irritated with the whole thing. When I contacted customer service about it, they weren't much help at all. Full Silicone Baby Doll
I just got a full silicone baby doll from this store, but man, was I let down. Instead of the high-quality doll I thought I was getting, I got some cheap $15 doll that looked nothing like silicone. I paid $200 for the real deal, but that's definitely not what I got. So disappointed.
Overpriced junk
This store is a total rip-off! They're charging way too much for items that are just plain crappy. I can't believe I fell for it and wasted my money here. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!
Doll purchase
I was so let down by the doll I got from this shop. I was expecting a full silicone doll, but what showed up was a doll with a cloth body. Plus, the magnetic pacifier doesn't even work! When I reached out to customer service to try and fix the problem, they were no help at all and pretty rude about it.
Doll purchase gone wrong
I ordered some dolls online, but they were shipped from China and had problems. The dolls weren't packed well in the box and their features didn't even work. I tried reaching out to the company, but all they offered was a tiny credit. I had to bring in PayPal and shell out for pricey shipping to finally get a refund. It was a headache and I'm still waiting to hear about getting reimbursed for the return shipping. Thank goodness for PayPal coming through!
