Review about: Reborn Shoppe
Misleading product description
I was so let down when I got my order and there was no doll in the package. It was super frustrating and just not okay. How could a store like this forget such an important thing? It felt like a total rip-off and a waste of my time and money. I won't be shopping there again, that's for sure.

Men's bomber jacket
I just bought this bomber jacket from this store and I was really impressed with how well it fit and the quality of the jacket. But man, my whole experience got messed up because of the terrible customer service I got when I noticed a problem with the jacket. Even though my husband loved how the jacket fit and looked, we could see those little fabric balls starting to form on the upper sleeve. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were trying to blame me and weren't trying to help. It took some convincing, but eventually they agreed to exchange it.

Bridesmaid dresses
I had a blast ordering bridesmaid dresses with my girls! We all placed our orders together and the store was great about making sure we all matched in colors and sizes. The dresses arrived pretty fast and were exactly what we wanted. And can we talk about the awesome customer service? They were super quick to reply to our messages and so nice and helpful. It made the whole process even better!

Amazing sleep improvement
Oh my gosh, I had the worst time trying to sleep and turns out I have sleep apnea. My oxygen levels were really low at night, but then I got this amazing sleep device that totally saved me! My oxygen levels are so much better now and I sleep like a baby. It's seriously like a miracle! Plus, it's way more affordable than what dentists usually charge for something like that. The only downside was that the upper plate broke after a few months, but Dr. Hamburg was so great and fixed it for me. I'm really thankful for SleepMD and Dr. Hamburg!

I've been on EatWith four times already, and every time has been amazing! I meet these awesome hosts who share incredible stories while feeding me delicious food. It's like being at home, but with way better food than what my mom cooks. I'm definitely interested in trying out one of their cooking classes next!

Shipping Experience
I had a pretty bad experience with this company's shipping services. First off, they charged me over $16 to ship a $3 item to me, which just seems crazy high. Then, it took a whole month for the thing to actually get to me. And when it did, it was all beat up and not in great shape. Definitely not what I was hoping for. And when I tried to cancel my order because of the long wait and bad condition, they totally ignored me. Not cool at all.
