Bourbon purchase
I just bought a bottle of bourbon from ReserveBar and I have to say, I was really impressed with how everything went down. I was a bit worried at first because I live in Minnesota and the bottle was coming all the way from Florida. I was concerned it might break during shipping. But, I got an email with tracking info and was able to keep an eye on it the whole way. When it arrived, it was in perfect condition, packed up really well to keep it safe. The bourbon itself was amazing, way better than I was expecting. Overall, it was a super satisfying purchase. Big shoutout to ReserveBar for taking such good care of my order.
First-time order
I was kinda nervous about ordering from ReserveBar at first 'cause I saw some bad reviews about slow deliveries and bad customer service. But, I took a chance and I'm happy I did. Everything went real smooth, and I got my order just two days after placing it. I liked how they kept me in the loop with emails about my shipment and tracking info. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd think about ordering from them again down the road.
Difficult-to-find bourbon purchase
Meagan G. was seriously amazing! I was looking for this hard-to-find bourbon but didn't want to shell out crazy amounts on the resale market. Slow delivery compared to competitors
I just ordered something from this company and man, the delivery was super slow compared to their competition. I ordered from both this company and a competitor, and let me tell you, the other guys were lightning fast. Like, I got my stuff from them in just 4 days. Meanwhile, my order from this company? Still not here after what feels like forever. It's so annoying to have to wait this long, especially when I was hoping for a quick delivery.
Champagne and Irish whiskey for Xmas gifts
I ordered some Christmas gifts for my boss from this shop, and it was so great. I got them champagne and Irish whiskey, and everything arrived on time without any problems. The prices were fair, and they followed through on their promises. This was my second time ordering from them, and both times were really awesome. If you're looking for some gifts, you should definitely give them a try!
Special order bottle
I had a really awesome experience with ReserveBar. Megan actually reached out to let me know that the bottle I was looking for was back in stock, even though it had sold out before. She made it super easy and special to place my order, and I was so grateful for her outstanding service. I'll definitely keep an eye out for more products from them in the future.
First-time online purchase
I don't drink much, but I gotta say, my first time ordering alcohol online was a total win. Being able to just kick back at home, browse, and pick out some top-notch stuff was a game-changer for me. The discreet and pro packaging they used made sure my order got to me safe and sound - major bonus points there.

Woodford Reserve Whiskey
Product is ok, BUT!!! Their price $70.00, plus shipping. Minus $5.00 coupon was a total of $82.73. Saw the SAME item at a local grocery of $36.99 retail, normal price!

I actually really liked the whisky I got, but man, they bombarded me with so many promotional emails after I signed up. It felt kinda invasive, you know? And then when I tried to use that discount they offered, turns out I had to spend way more than I thought. It was a real hassle navigating their website to figure that out. This whole thing just left me feeling annoyed and definitely not planning on buying from them again.
super hard to order
Ordering can be a bit challenging, you know? I felt like the customer service could use some improvement. It seemed like I had to handle everything on my own. Not cool, man!
My purchase - Fancy Whiskey
Man, I ordered this fancy whiskey and they only sent me part of it! Like, seriously, where's the rest of my order at? I still haven't received the one from last time, and now they're saying it's out of stock. But guess what? I checked their website, and it's available for a higher price! What a rip-off!
Sassenach Whiskey
Horrible customer service , you cant talk with a person, purchased in November, credit card charged in January and 7of February order is still not received. Very high prices and the $49 yearly subscription advertise 2 hours delivery that I found out is not existent in my area. The worst false advertisement and company so far for me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
Brother’s Bond Bourbon
I ordered over $100 worth of bourbon that I never received. I have sent several emails and never once gotten even a response. The process of ordering was super easy so I had recommended the company to friends but quickly corrected that mistake after I realized that I couldn’t get so much as an email much less have to attempt to correct this issue.

ReserveBar's average customer rating of 1 on a scale of 5 is well deserved. Even one star sounds too high. It would be zero if the rating scale allowed. We are being very cautious during the pandemic, using home delivery and curbside pickup for everything we need. We live in a state where all distilled alcoholic beverages are sold in government-run stores that have no curbside pickup service. So, ReserveBar.com seemed like the perfect solution. Without checking reviews or customer feedback, we placed an order on November 21. It is now December 15 and the latest word from their almost non-existent customer service (ZenDesk) is that it may arrive before Christmas. The tracking number shows no tracking information available. We will never consider using ReserveBar again. They have lost our business for good. Yes, the pandemic is resulting in long shipping delays for many retailers, but the competent ones are finding shipping carriers that can get the job done. And, they are providing customer service with immediate or quick response by chat or phone. If a company uses ZenDesk, a poor substitute for real customer service, it is an immediate tip off. Don't go there.
