Unique international art finds
I came across Saatchi Art by chance while browsing the web, and I'm so happy I did! It's like a hidden treasure of art from all around the globe, with so many talented artists showing off their work. I was blown away by all the options and ended up buying two pieces from an artist in Scotland. The process of purchasing was easy, and I got shipping updates right away. The art came in perfect condition, thanks to the secure packaging. I'm so excited about my purchase and will definitely come back for more. Saatchi art has introduced me to a whole new world of art, and I couldn't be more pleased.
Beautiful painting
Overall, I'm really happy with the painting I bought from the website. It came quickly and was packed up really well, so it showed up in perfect shape. But, I got a little confused by the whole "make an offer" thing. I put in an offer for a painting, and then the seller came back with a different offer. I was still thinking about what to do when I found out they had gone ahead and accepted my offer and charged my card without asking me first. I think if they were more clear and upfront about how the negotiating works, it would make things a lot better for people like me who are buying stuff.
Abstract print purchase
I was at first disappointed with the abstract print I ordered, it just didn't meet my expectations. But, when I let them know I wasn't happy, the company surprised me by how they took action to make things right. Saatchi Art's customer service team got in touch with me, listened to my concerns, and offered a full credit to show they value their customers. I decided to use the credit to get an original artwork instead, since that seems to be their strong suit. The whole experience turned around from disappointment to a pleasant surprise, all thanks to their focus on making customers happy.
Art purchases
My experience buying art from Saatchi was mostly good, except for the long wait for two out of the three pieces I got. The hold-ups were because of problems with Customs in Spain and mixed up messages with the artists about shipping. It was a hassle having to send multiple emails to get it sorted out, but it worked out in the end. I did appreciate Saatchi being responsive, but they could definitely do better by making the shipping process smoother to prevent these delays going forward.
Stunning artwork
Wow, this artwork is just amazing! The colors are so vibrant and the details are incredible. I got it for such a great price that I just had to buy it. The delivery was super fast and the packaging was so strong, it could probably survive a hurricane. Huge thanks to the artist for making such a beautiful masterpiece.
Abstract art
This was my first time buying art online, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by the whole thing. Beautiful art, shipping damage
The art I bought was way better than I thought it would be. The colors and details were so much more beautiful in person than in the picture online. But, I was bummed to see that it had been shipped rolled up in a tube and the paint got messed up. It got even worse when I had to stretch the canvas to frame it because it started cracking and flaking. The art was really good, but the way it was shipped was not so great and made the whole experience not perfect.
Painting
The painting I ordered got here pretty quick, but man, the frame was a mess. It was all flimsy and cheap, so it ended up getting messed up during shipping. Now the canvas is all wonky in a few spots. I had to take it to a pro to fix it up, which was a pain and cost me extra cash. I'm pretty bummed about the crummy frame and the damage it did to my painting.
