Jacket purchase, quality issue
I'm really bummed about this jacket I bought. I've only worn it a few times and it's already falling apart. The material is all messed up and the stitching is coming apart. I tried contacting customer service to see if I could get a refund or a new one, but they were not very helpful. It's annoying to spend a lot of money on something only for it to break so soon, especially when the company won't own up to the fact that their product is not good.
Unsatisfactory return experience
I tried to return something I wasn't happy with and man, it was a total nightmare. The people there were super rude and dismissive. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and unhelpful they were. They said it was a final sale after just 12 days, like come on, that's a crazy rule. I definitely won't be going back there to shop.
Excellent products
Products are good ,quality is also fine My first visit to this site So availed discount even though costing of apparels are comparatively high then previous purchase of shorts Plus point is quality of selected clothes are durable and soft too.
One more product which is first time picked by design is Sun Soaker short organic green strip ,pull on short ,easy washable ,almost no weight
Absolutely suitable for extremely summer days
Options should be more in colors though both colors are fine and great by look but two three more like yellow or red should be given in option
Right place for quality apparels if pocket allow
