Yoga mat purchase
I gotta say, the yoga mat I got from this online shop was a huge letdown. The material was not up to par at all. When I contacted customer service about it, they basically told me it was my fault for it wearing out. I was really bummed out by the lack of responsibility they took for their product’s lousy quality. Dealing with the return was a nightmare too, they tried to blame me and made me pay for shipping it back. The whole thing was frustrating and made me feel unappreciated. The customer service team was not helpful at all. This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this shop again.
First-time purchase exceeded expectations
I just bought something from this online store for the first time and I was really impressed with everything. The shipping was super quick, the customer service was really nice, and the product was top-notch. Even though I had to return it because it didn't fit, I still want to give a shoutout to the awesome customer service, especially Monika. I definitely recommend this store, no doubt about it.
Uptight billing
Terrible customer service! I paid my bill using Paypal and only exchanged the item. Instead of just adjusting the payment, they refunded the money and issued a new invoice without telling me. I was supposed to get an email about the new invoice but never received it. The only thing I got was a letter from a debt collection agency. Even after reaching out multiple times, Shapeme refused to talk on the phone and was extremely unhelpful. I definitely won't be ordering from them again!
Comfortable and well-fitting purchase
I got a bunch of stuff and it all fits like a glove because I know my size and never have to deal with returns. Nancy Ganz's things are super comfy. Overall, I'm thrilled with how everything went at this store. Thanks a bunch.
Cool clothes
I bought some really awesome clothes from this store and they were amazing! The delivery was super fast and the quality was top-notch. And customer service? They were so nice! My mom and I are really happy with everything we bought!
Hair accessories
I bought these hair accessories and they were such bad quality. Then when I tried to send them back, I had to pay for shipping all the way to China. Can you believe that? And on top of that, the customer service was so sketchy. They only offered to refund 60% if I kept everything. Like, no way. I'm really disappointed, this whole situation is really dragging out. Let's see how it all plays out.
