Clothing purchase
I bought some clothes from this store not too long ago. At first, everything was good - nice stuff and great customer service. But then I started making more orders, spending around $400 since March, things started going downhill. The quality of the products looked good at first, but now the lack of communication and follow-up has me doubting if this store can be trusted.
2 orders, 6 items
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered six items in total with two separate orders, but I only got two items from one order. When I reached out to customer service to let them know about the missing items, I didn't hear anything back. It's been over a month now and still no response or solution. Spending over $200 on just two shirts and not getting everything I paid for is frustrating. The shirts might be good quality, but the way they handled my order is not cool. I won't be shopping with them again.
International order, refunded but kept postage cost
This company is such a joke. I tried to place an international order, but they ended up refunding me before even sending it out. Can you believe they also kept the postage cost, which wasn't cheap with the distance involved? It's like they were trying to scam me out of my money without giving me what I ordered. Definitely steer clear of this place, it's not worth it.
$200 worth of cool clothes
I got these really awesome clothes almost a year ago from this website that had some amazing stuff. But now it seems like the website just vanished! I don't know what happened, but it's a bummer because I was really excited about wearing those clothes. It's not right that they can just disappear like that after we spent our money there. So now, I guess I'll have to just stick with the big brands because you never know what could happen with the smaller ones. Shame on you, mystery apparel company!
Multiple orders with missing items and lost package
I'm really frustrated because I've had two problems with my orders. One had missing items, and the other one never arrived. I've tried emailing and calling the company many times, but I haven't gotten any help. It's been more than three months since I made the orders, and I still haven't received them, even though I paid for shipping protection.
Yoga pants and tank top
The customer service at this place is a complete joke. I ordered yoga pants and a tank top three weeks ago and still haven't gotten them. Every time I try to talk to customer service, they just give me the same old answer about talking to the warehouse manager. It feels like they're not even listening, just reading off a script! And their excuse about the supplier being late? Please. If you don't have the product, don't say you do. Save yourself the hassle and don't shop here.
2 Acid Warm Up Hoodies
I ordered two warm up hoodies in May. I received an email saying they were ordered and would be shipped soon. I contacted them in June to find out where they were? After days of leaving emails and voicemails, I received a call back saying it was back ordered. I agreed to wait another few weeks. In Mid July I called again, still no hoodies. It again took me days to reach them, leaving several messages. They agreed to refund me. Now it is August, still no refund!
