I just bought some new pillowcases and I was really happy with how easy it was to order them and how quickly they arrived. But when my order came, I noticed that one thing was missing. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it right away, which I thought was great. The pillowcases are comfy, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. I definitely plan on buying from them again in the future and would suggest them to anyone else.
Curtains falling apart
I bought some curtains from the store back in May of last year. But now, after just 10 months, I see the plastic rings that keep them on the rod are getting loose. I tried talking to customer service, but they haven't been very helpful. They haven't done anything to fix the problem. I'm pretty upset about it, especially since I paid a lot of money for those curtains. It's frustrating to deal with bad customer service and see the product falling apart so soon.
Curtains and pillow cases
I got some curtains and pillow cases from this place and they're really cool! I like that I could choose from different colors and customize the sizes. The shipping was crazy fast and the quality is great. Definitely worth every penny!
Waterproof outdoor curtains
The outdoor curtains I got are amazing! They do a great job keeping out the wind, snow, and rain in my yard. I got three pairs, and all of them worked perfectly. I just bought some outdoor curtains online and had a really great experience with their customer service. I goofed up and ordered the wrong size, but when I reached out to them about an exchange, they were super helpful. They not only hooked me up with the right size, but they also let me keep the wrong ones. I sent back the incorrect curtains, and they even paid for the shipping on my new order. custom outdoor curtains
I just bought some custom outdoor curtains from this place and let me tell you, they are amazing! We screened in our deck and needed something to give us more privacy and block out the sun and snow, and these curtains totally did the trick. Ordering was easy and they arrived quickly. Blackout curtains purchase
I recently bought blackout curtains and I am super excited about them. The cream color of the curtains really changed the whole patio vibe. They not only look awesome, but they also keep my patio cooler and cozier during the hot summer days. Now that it's getting colder, I can warm up the patio with a small space heater thanks to how well insulated the curtains are. I had some odd sizes, but Mia and the measurement instructions were really helpful in getting it just right. Forget about peeping toms and nosy neighbors, these outdoor privacy curtains from SNOWCITY are a game-changer! timely delivery, minor issue resolved
I recently ordered from SnowCity and my package arrived right on time, but unfortunately, one item was the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and they quickly fixed the issue. The quality of the product I received is top-notch and it seems like it will hold up well over time. Fingers crossed that I won't encounter any more problems with it.
Curtains
Curtains faded within a month. I requested a refund and was convinced to try a replacement. I have been promised replacement curtains for 60 days. I have not received and not getting a response for my refund request.

Can't seem to get a hold of anyone from this business!!!! I ordered a curtain and it has so far taken 3 weeks and I still have not received my curtain. I have called and I have e-mailed and NO RESPONSE! Who runs a business like this? I have a FEDEX tracking number that says they have NOT received the package and that it is pending.
I will not order from them again, terrible business when you can't reach anyone and they do not respond.

The curtains have many flaws in them. I took pictures and attempted to telephone. 'Wendy' was not available. I emailed and never heard back. Since it took a week longer to receive them then I was told it would, this whole experience was not good.

We placed a $2800 order for

We only received partial 22 to be exact. They told us that Fedex had the rest at the local terminal (We called fedex numerous times and they said they didnt have them)
SNOW CITY gave us the run around and never refunded of sent the remaining curtains.
They will stop communicating with you after time has expired to file a credit card fraud claim.

I love the curtains, they are of good quality for a very fair price. The initial delivery took a little longer than expected but with Covid-19 I can understand. I had a few curtains without the bottom loops I contacted support in an email. Support got back to me super fast. Support was awesome sent me the correct curtains very fast. Good communication and good attitude. I would definitely recommend and would buy from again.
I ordered double grommet curtains for a porch remodel project. After spending four week ends rebuilding the walls and screen enclosures on the porch I open the oversize big damaged box from snowcity only to find that they are just top grommet. This leaves me with all extra rods and a porch built for curtain dimensions useless. Be aware when ordering from snowcity thru Amazon.

Tab/top waterproof sunblock cream
I purchased them in three installments. We adore our indoor outdoor space! It is not wind proof so we had to purchase scissor clamps. In summer it was 15 degrees cooler when the curtains were drawn in winter I run my space heaters for an hour before I have company. I have gotten so many compliments from friends
Waterproof outdoor curtains
They looked great, arrived quickly.....but only 4 weeks in, they are severely faded from the sun in stripes. They look like I have had them for years. I have reached out to customer service with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SPEND MORE MONEY AND GET A MORE REPUTABLE QUALITY PRODUCT.
Waterproof grommet top and bottom
I have loved sitting on my back patio this summer and dreaded the cooler days that would force me inside. I googled outdoor curtains to hang under deck and was surprised when Snow City came up. My curtains are installed on the north end of my patio to block the wind and I couldn’t be more pleased. They look great!
