curtains and rod
Ordering is easy - they will quickly take your money. But quality is poor, customer service non-existent, and becasue they are shipped from China timing and tracking is difficult. The shipping from China is not obvious on their site because they give a US address. I tried to return an item due to poor quality and they do not respond beyond an automated email. Another item has not arrived past the estimated date. I am an unhappy customer and would never buy from them again. I've essentially thrown my money away.
Update: With persistence, they did sent a replacement curtain.

Oh did I mention that Krystal tried bartering with me offering me 30% then 70% to keep the curtains and give to a friend as a gift. Are you kidding me. Now awaiting yet another response to my email requesting a return label. Filing a report with Better Business Bureau is next

Easy to order, crap product, grommets pulled out in less than a month and faded in a month. I have heard from them. They were going to issue a refund, that never happened. Awful company to do business with. Says California, but ships from china. Buyer be ware
I received the curtains and realized they were to long. After multiple emails back and forth with Krystal from snow city she finally gave me an address as to where to return the curtains to. Now today the curtains show back up my house stating "receiver did not want, refused shipment" You call in and nobody answers the phone. DO NOT BUY from them. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experience. Oh did I mention that Krystal tried bartering with me offering me 30% then 70% to keep the curtains and give to a friend as a gift. Outdoor curtains
The quality of the outdoor curtains are terrible. It is obvious that these were sewn together without care - it's not cut evenly, the material is gathered in some areas where it was sewn, and the needles use to sew them were way too big. I should not see the holes from which they were sewn. The curtains look like it was sewn by 12-year-old. Do not buy from this company!
I was so excited to find this company. Quick shipping and accurate color options. I actually over bought by 2 panels and emailed them regarding returning them. Response within 10 minutes. I will definitely purchase again and definitely refer friends and family.

These curtains really help keep the heat down in the afternoon on my patio. They are soft and look great. Same color on both sides. They block most of the light.
outdoor curtains 8 pair
The outdoor curtains are JUNK! I just hung 3 pair of these and within three days the grommets are all pulling out. I have not even hung the others.
Repeated attempts to contact the company have gone un resolved. I Have sent photos and they just dont care that they sell crap

I've bought curtains on April 4th. Delivery was from 10-30 days. i still didn't get my order. That's what FedEx told me: The shipper has prepared your package, however, they have not yet given it to FedEx.
So it is literally their fault. Highly upset!!!I am trying to reach some one called left messages no one is call back I received package with torn curtains ring hooks are out so check they were all out when I got my package Curtains torn I need both replaced with same colour and not ring hooks need cloth stitched so I can get my rods in thsnkd
