Snow City is amazing. The curtains and the quality, well one couldn’t ask for a nicer product. I made a mistake in my order, ordering Grey in 1 size and Silver Grey in the other size. Mia worked with me and messaged me until the order was correct. I received both shipments rather quickly. Snow City is a 5 Star company and I highly recommend the quality of their products and would order from them in the future.

CURTAINS
I purchased only 4 of the yellow curtains for outdoors they are absolutely wonderful! The yellow is a very beautiful golden yellow and the fabric is thick, soft and weighed. They look like I bought them from a high end store. The nice thing about these curtains you can use them inside the home as well and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

I have been waiting for a resolution for over a week - I called 888-976-6928 day and night US Pacific time and no one answer the phone, only voicemail. It's hard to contact customer service, I sent an email and still waiting where to returnoutdoor cutains

I live in an apartment complex full of little goblins people call children. They like to run up and down the sidewalk for no discernible reason yelling at the top of their lungs while their parents watch on in mild amusement drinking wine on their patio. Lovely family time, I guess. So, naturally, I put these on every window I could. And now my evenings are much quiter, without sacrificing the look of my apartment. They’re easy to pull back during the day when the goblins are away and easy to cover when they emerge in the evenings. So I can just cover my windows and put on a movie and it’s like they’re not even there! These block out a lot of light and sound from the neighborhood and match my decor nicely. I put sheer white curtains over these to create a softer look in the bedroom and it’s gorgeous! Saves my sanity and creates a nice atmosphere.
If I were to call and order, will I be ordering from the states?. I don't want to be talking to someone in another country.

Spent over $600 on the curtains. Looked really nice until they faded!!!
Two months into the summer sun and they are so faded!!!! They were a beautiful brown and now a faded UGLY dirty light tan with brown lines where the sun didn't get to them. They are nice heavy curtains but they FADE!! Stuck with them cuz I can't afford to replace them. I suggest look for non fade curtains!!!YES...I had mine for 4 weeks and there are horribbly faded stripes from the sun. no response from customer service. They looked great at first.. So not buy!!!!
SAME! We bought our outdoor curtains (black????) start of summer 2020 and by end of summer, there were completely faded in color. Some spots almost look light gray. They look horrible and certainly not what we expected from such an expensive and seemingly high quality product. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Same! I bought teal blue curtains. Within 2-3 weeks of 2-3 hours of sun exposure per today on these OUTDOOR curtains, completely faded and look like garbage. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. I could not be more unhappy with this purchase.
I will never buy from them again. I will buy SUNBRELLA brand curtains, Yes they are pricey but worth every penny! They do not fade in the sun, I compare these to Snowcity and the Snowcity ones are like ... compared to SUNBRELLA! We had issues with this company NOT responding via e-mail OR by phone! It's been 3 weeks and we still don't have our order.

We love these curtains out by our pool! They offer privacy and look great too. The grommets on top and bottom help to keep them from blowing open. The fabric is 100% polyester and is ultraviolet protective. I would recommend you buy here and stop searching. Price and quality are on par. You will love these!
