7 t-shirts
This was the absolute WORST experience. I saw that the items run small, so I ordered the next size up. All the shirts were labeled as ordered, but 5 of them were the exact same size physically. My son who wears XL ended up with the 5X shirts and the rest of the items (3X and 4X) only fit my niece who wears Medium/Large
Asked for a refund and was offered $15. Triwd to egotiate and asked for $50 and was offered $20. The language barrier is extremely difficult, and after 7 or so emails, I'm just done with it all. They wanted photos of the items, and then said I took the photos off the website. They recommended I keep the items because of the cost of return shipping, but don't understand that a $15 refund on a $150+ order is not acceptable.
The items took 2 months to arrive, with no status updates provided during that time. I now have 5 useless shirts that will either go to Goodwill, or I will gift to someone 3 sizes smaller than the tag sizes listed. DO NOT ORDER FROM SOULMIA!!Did you ever get the address from them where you can send the order back to?

Sadly, I will never buy shirts from them again. All shirts are made in China. Why does that matter? They are all "Dry Clean Only". For a bunch of t-shirts? yes. And why? Because the graphics all crack and flake off in a matter of days. But I can't return them- they are clearly marked DCO, so I have really colorful dust rags.
Hi Lucas, thatās really shit. Can I ask how long it took for you to receive the shirts? I purchased clothes from Soulmia months ago and still nothing. Iām not exactly rich (far from it) so really pissed off theyāve taken my money and done nothing about it. Happy to dispute this!
I ordered my shirts on May 11th, and they got here today(May 20th). I came on here because a shirt I ordered as a gift was small for the size ordered and was going to look into exchanging (don't think I'll bother now) But my shipping is still showing it is in Hong Kong. So, there is still hope you'll get you stuff. I hope you get your items soon!

well from the sounds of it looks like i wasted my money good thing i didn't go crazy ordering a bunch of shirts. Cheap Soulmia to do that

Iām months in and still waiting. Iām going to take this further if nothing turns up.....I ordered before a week, the tracking follow up looked nice but now it says out put failure! What does it mean and I received nothing. Scared!

Takes over a month to get the product and it's JUNK. DONāT ORDER FROM THIS CRAPPY SITE!!!!!!! The website pictures are very deceiving and make the clothes look good. I received the order which was shipped from this company The quality of the sweatshirts I ordered was terrible I Also bought a 130$ dollars purple puffer coat online and as soon as I started wearing it the purple layer started to come off with minimal friction, and it left a black-gray material visible like the purple was some sort of paint that would come off easily. I was devastated, I have never felt robed like this by a store, I complained about the quality, I sent pictures, I asked for my money back, Emailed company no luck I went online and found THE COMPANY helps į“±ā±įµŹ°įµ į¶ įµįµŹ³ į¶ ā±įµįµ five2one āāįµ„āā āwā fāįµ¤įµ£ fįµ¢įµ„ā When I finally reach someone after 20 minutes of holding/waiting they provide me the SHIPPING DETAILS AND MY GREEN PENNY BACK TO ME AT FIRST THE CHEAP LOOKING SWEATSHIRTS AND COAT, GARBAGE PRODCUT SHIPPED TO THE COMPANY This company is nothing but HORRIBLE. 4 t-shirts
I wear a large but love oversized shirts so I'll buy 2 times bigger in t-shirts and sweatshirts. These shirts only go up to a 2X but fit like a large. You have 14 days to contact for a return. I contacted them the day I got them. I received an auto-response saying they were swamped but would get back to me. 2 days later they responding asking what the problem was despite me saying they were smaller than I they should be. I'm betting they were made in China. I've received a few articles of clothing from China where their 2X is an American Large. I also suspect they'll let me return the shirts to China so that shipping and tariffs are paid by me - in other words - not worth the shipment. BUT... I'll see. They have 10 days to respond. Or... does that mean they have to have the item no later than 14 days after I received it.

T-shirts are really poor quality, the "cotton" ones (as stated on their web) are only 70% cotton and 30% PES. Images on the T-shirts are "printed" as a thick "layer" rubber/paper...like the one you can do at home with an iron. Colors do not match and 2 of the 4 T-shirts I ordered have blurred/out of focus images. I will try to contact the seller for refund.
I made an order at the beginning of this month and still no response from the company. I asked if they could let me know where in transit would my package be. I received a auto response saying that they would back with me. But still i havent yet hear from anyone. I understand that when purchases are made from China it takes time. But damn, this long, or this long to let me know where my purchase may be. The demand is far to much for this company to handle. All i can say is that i hope i get what i paid for. You may want to look somewhere else.
It took alittle over a month to get mine thought I had ordered real hoodie sweatshirt but no it's a thin 100% polyester not happy at all but I also should have payed more attention because I payed a lot more on this site than I would have at my regular stores ????
I ordered 4 t-shirts more than a month ago...I see 3 are shipped but still aren't in my country but I already got 3 emails asking me to comfirm delivery!!!! Never again .
Sorry guys. I ordered months ago and still havenāt received anything. Checked the tracker today and it said ādeliveredā. Complete BS. I just hope I receive my items and Soulmia hasnāt run off with my money: if they have, they have another thing coming.
