    After nearly three weeks of chasing, I finally got an email saying the returned bike arrived damaged. Damaged. We had repacked it carefully and handed it to UPS within 24 hours of opening. There was no visible damage when we sealed the box. Bottom line: they’re refusing a refund because they claim damage on return, and they won’t send the correct bike either.
