Excellent but very expensive
Most of the clothes are high rated For a small Blend Drawstring short 138 dollars is surprised me and a Camo Tank dress of 178 dollars ? Clothing standard is good.In last winter one fine leather jacket bought under two hundred dollars almost near Tank dress of Splendid Sellers should keep these rates minimum fifteen percent less then offered prices
This was second time when shopped light wears Quality Pure Linen apparel with front pockets ,No complain about quality ,rates are on higher side ,this is an area where sellers should work hard Rest shipping and services after sales is equally goodPair of boots
I just bought some boots from this company and ran into a problem with them. But let me tell you, the customer service rep I talked to was super helpful and quick at fixing the issue. They took care of my concerns right away and totally met my expectations. So, I'm really happy with the service I got and will for sure think about coming back as a customer again.
Sweater cardigan
The cardigan sweater I bought started stretching and pilling right away. When I complained, they pretty much just said tough luck and told me to buy a tool to shave off the pilling. So not cool! My other cashmere sweaters have held up way better. This one looks like I've had it for years after only wearing it twice. Total bummer!
Recent promotion purchase
I bought something from a recent promotion and ended up getting three copies of the promo stuff. One had my info right, but the other two had different names with my address. Worried about a privacy issue or mix-up, I contacted the store in UTC for help. But wow, the response I got was pretty bad. The employees there didn't seem to care about my worries, and one of them was straight up rude. They said they couldn't do anything to help me out, which was really frustrating.
Two pairs of sweatpants for my kids
I bought two pairs of sweatpants for my twins that were supposed to be for 7-year-olds. But when my boys tried them on, they were way too short, barely reaching below their knees. It was disappointing because my kids aren't even that tall. I contacted customer service to try to fix the problem, but they just told me to go back to the store where I bought them. The store said they would take them back, but when I got there, they changed their minds and said the pants were too old, even though I explained everything on the phone. The fact that neither the store nor the customer service would admit the mistake or help me out was really frustrating. I felt like my concerns weren't being heard and it left me pretty unhappy. I've decided not to shop at that store again because of the bad customer service and sizing issues.
Christmas outfit purchase for two people
I recently bought two Christmas outfits from this company, each in a different size. Unfortunately, I got an email weeks later saying they were out of stock. I've tried reaching out to customer service, but there's no phone number to call, making it hard to fix this quickly. The outfits are no longer on sale, so I can't get them in time for Christmas if I pick something else. Dealing with customer service and having this bad experience has left me really unhappy. Also, the prices for the clothes seem way too high for the quality you get.
