Yeah, so I had a problem with my order and I called customer service for some help. Leah was super nice and really helpful, she went out of her way to take care of my issue quickly. I was so thankful for her help and she made the whole experience great.

Oh my gosh, I was seriously panicking because I needed help on a Saturday! I thought I would have to wait until Monday for a response, but then this amazing person named Marianne replied within minutes and solved my issue! She was so kind and helpful, and now I'm completely obsessed with this app!
Locked into subscription
Just a heads up if you're thinking about signing up for their yearly subscription - I had a bad experience with hidden charges and couldn't even cancel my account. The customer service was pretty disappointing, all they offered was some free months to try to keep me around. Definitely steer clear of this company.
