Quick delivery, great products, excellent customer service
I just bought some stuff from this online store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how fast it got to me. I was kinda worried about it taking a while to process, but I got my package in just 2 days. The stuff I got was really good quality and they had a ton of options to choose from. The customer service was top-notch, they answered all my questions right away. Hopefully they can speed up processing even more next time, but I'm definitely happy with how things went with this company and I'm excited to shop with them again.
Order cancellation frustration
I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I tried to cancel my order because I never got a tracking number, but they said it had already been shipped. The tracking info they gave me was all wrong, and then they said they never got my email about canceling. I would definitely steer clear of this company.
Fast shipping
I bought something not too long ago and man, was I shocked at how quickly it got to me. I ordered it on a Tuesday and got it for free by that Sunday. Usually, I've had to wait 3-4 weeks for stuff I've ordered from different places, so this was awesome. The thing was in perfect shape and I'm super happy with it.
Delayed order, poor customer service, cancellation issue
My experience at Spring Sunday was really disappointing. I placed an order and waited for days without getting any updates or shipping confirmation. When I tried to cancel my order and get a refund, they told me my order was already on its way. I have proof that I asked to cancel before they shipped it. The lack of communication and not caring about customer satisfaction was really frustrating. I don't recommend ordering from this company.
Clothing order
I recently bought some clothes from this company and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. So basically, I ordered my stuff and the website said it was shipped, but I never got it. When I tried to get a refund, they were no help at all and wouldn't give me the money back the way I wanted. Their customer service was seriously lacking - I mean, they had cell numbers as their business phones and Hotmail emails, which just seemed sketchy. I even went and complained to the BBB but they still didn't do anything to make it right. So yeah, all in all, dealing with this company was just super disappointing and annoying.
Order delays, incorrect items
The order felt like it took forever to ship, like seriously it took about 2 weeks. And they were not good at keeping me updated on what was going on. When it finally got here, guess what? The main thing I ordered, my vitamins, were nowhere to be found. And to top it off, they still charged me $8 for shipping on top of an $18 bill for some last-minute face masks I threw in. Now I have to deal with the whole headache of trying to get a refund for those missing vitamins. This whole thing was a letdown, no doubt about it. I won't be suggesting this service to anyone.
