    Tempo Move purchase

    I recently got the Tempo Move and let me tell you, it's been amazing. I've tried Peloton and other workout apps before, but nothing compares to the combo of features that the Tempo Move offers. Live instructors, structured workout programs, fitness tests to track progress - it's got everything I need. The weight suggestions, rep counts, and form checks have really helped me push myself and I've already seen great results. One thing that really impressed me was the body scan, showing changes in my body that the scale doesn't capture. It's motivating to see real change! The only issue I've had is sometimes it's hard to hear the instructors, so I wish there was an option to adjust the volume or add closed captions.

    My headphones broke

    Early adopter, screen glitches, missed out on gift

Then, when I had to stop using the product because of an injury, I found out that I couldn't get the early adopter's gift anymore because my membership was inactive.     Subscription sign-up experience

    The sign-up process for the subscription was super tricky and sneaky. They snuck in a 12-month commitment without telling me upfront, and buried it deep in the terms of service page. When I tried to cancel and asked where I agreed to commit for a whole year, they just sent me back to the terms of service page. That's just not right and shady. I think they might end up in some legal trouble down the line for this kind of sketchy business practice.

    Tempo Move and app

    The Tempo Move and app are such a letdown. They could be great, but they're honestly just not up to par. The app always has issues and hardly ever connects to my TV, which just ends up being annoying. The classes and coaches are cool, but they don't always work properly. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare too - they keep saying my email is wrong, so I can't even cancel. Hopefully they can fix all these problems because right now, it's not meeting expectations.

    Weight set purchase

    I was really looking forward to getting my hands on this weight set, but boy was I disappointed. The price was way too steep for what I got. I spent more time talking to customer service about the problems than actually using the weights. And on top of that, the weight clips they gave me don't even hold the weights on properly. I almost dropped a weight on my foot because of those clips! Definitely not a good deal.

    Two faulty items purchased, Studio and Lite

    I bought the Studio and Lite and they both had sound problems. The Studio speaker was blown and the Lite's sound would turn off when the phone was docked. I tried contacting the company many times over a few months, but the problems were never fixed. The troubleshooting tips they gave me didn't do anything to help. So now I'm stuck with products that don't work properly and a subscription for classes that I don't even enjoy.

    Tempo Fit purchase

    I just got the Tempo Fit and was really excited about it at first. I thought it had a lot of potential. But man, once I got it all set up, my excitement turned into disappointment real quick. I had so many problems with it - logging in was a pain, the screen kept glitching and freezing, and there weren't many classes to choose from. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but all they did was give me some basic tips and then told me to email the company. Well, I tried that too, but never heard back from them. I'm feeling pretty frustrated and stuck with a product that's not working for me.

    Tempo Fit connection issues

    My Tempo Fit was working great for like three months, but then I started having constant connection problems. I thought maybe it was a bad NIC card, so I contacted customer support. They just kept going through the same troubleshooting steps with me over and over. After several frustrating calls, they finally gave me an extender that kinda helped for a little bit. I know my way around networks since I'm a network engineer, and all my other smart devices work fine. It's pretty obvious that the issue is with the Tempo Fit itself. Don't waste your money dealing with a faulty unit and support that doesn't really help. You might just need a new unit that actually works without any issues.

    Fitness bench

    I recently bought a fitness bench, but I've run into a bunch of problems with it. First off, the color of the bench I got was totally wrong, which was a big letdown. On top of that, there's this weird static noise coming from the audio when I try to use it, which was not something I expected. Plus, the delivery was supposed to be in December, but it never showed up. When I reached out to customer service, they said it would be here in early January. Now it's February and they're telling me it won't be until April. This whole situation has been really frustrating because I need that bench for my workouts. If I knew all this beforehand, I probably would have thought twice about buying it.

    Faulty product, terrible customer service

    I bought this product and it started making this annoyingly loud sound after just a few months of using it. I tried contacting the company for help, but they were totally unresponsive. Only when I told them I was gonna cancel my subscription did they finally try to fix the problem. And they still wouldn't give me my money back for all those months I couldn't even use the thing. What a complete waste of my time and money!

    Turkey dinner - Disappointing quality
