    Online purchase, issue with delivery

    I just wanted to share about this one time I made an online purchase and the package got messed with by someone at the delivery company. Super annoying, right? But, luckily I got in touch with customer service right away and this guy named Zeljko totally helped me out. They fixed the problem quick and sent me a new item. I've been buying stuff from this company for a long time, all different ways, and it's the first time I had to call customer service. They really came through for me and I'm so happy with how it all turned out.

    Vitamin E moisturizer

    I've been a customer of this brand since the '90s, and I gotta say, the quality of their products has gone downhill. I recently bought some of their Vitamin E moisturizer, something I've stuck with for years, and it was a letdown. The new version smells way too flowery for my taste. On top of that, they keep ditching products I love and pushing out new "improved" ones that just don't cut it. When I tried to return my recent purchases, I only got a partial refund back, which was pretty annoying considering how much I spent. After being loyal for over 30 years, I'm done with this brand. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

    I wanted to share this story with you all. I recently ordered an advent calendar online, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. They charged me right away, only to turn around and say, "Whoops, sorry, it's actually sold out. Here's your money back." Like, seriously? You couldn't have let me know before you took my cash? Not cool at all. I had to call them up just to get my refund. Lesson learned though - next time, I'll just go to the store and buy my advent calendar in person. Down with online shopping, am I right?

    I just dropped $75 on an online order and was supposed to get it in 3-5 days. But 7 days later, no update, no email, nada. So I hit up customer service. The live chat person said my order was still processing and couldn't give me a time frame because it's crazy busy right now. I was so annoyed with the lack of info and how long it was taking, I asked for my money back. It's frustrating when a company says they'll deliver by a certain time and then doesn't come through.

    Product mix-up, slow warehouse processing

    I just bought something online and got the wrong item, which was a bummer. When I reached out to customer service, they said they couldn't fix their mistake. On top of that, my order still hadn't even been sent out after 4 days, even though they promised delivery within 5 days. They blamed it on warehouse delays, which was frustrating to hear. I tried to cancel my order, but they wouldn't let me. The way they've been communicating and handling things has been pretty disappointing, and it's left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole experience.

    Body lotion and facial cleanser

    My recent order from The Body Shop has been a bummer. I got a body lotion and facial cleanser on June 26th and it was handed off to the courier company on June 29th. But, here's the kicker - it's been stuck with a status of "we are unable to deliver today" for what feels like forever. I reached out to customer service on live chat four times for some help, but all they keep saying is to wait a few more days for an investigation. I even filed a complaint on their website, but so far, crickets. It's frustrating that The Body Shop chose Evri as their courier company, but won't own up to the fact that they made a lousy choice.

    I had the worst day today at the store! The people working there were super mean and straight up called me a liar, can you believe that!? They refused my click and collect order and just told me to get a refund. And then I tried to chat with someone named Vladimir, but it felt like talking to a robot! No apology, nothing! I am seriously so mad!!

    £95 Advent Calendar

    I bought this £95 Advent Calendar for my wife as a Christmas present not too long ago. Unfortunately, the delivery process didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. Despite getting an email saying the item was sent out on November 21st, it didn't show up by the 1st of December like it was supposed to. That was definitely a letdown. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me my order was basically 'lost', but didn't really explain why. In the end, I just asked for a refund, but the damage was already done in terms of my wife's Christmas gift. It wasn't the seamless shopping experience I was expecting, to say the least.

    I recently bought some skincare stuff from this company, but it didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I got an email confirming my order and they took my money, but after that, I didn't hear anything about what was going on. I emailed customer service and they got back to me quickly, but just said they needed to look into my order number. They told me they'd get back to me, but they never did and my order never showed up. I was pretty bummed about the lack of communication and follow-through from them.

    The delivery service from this company is just awful. I ordered something with their so-called 3-5 Working Days Super Saver Delivery, but it actually took them 5 whole working days just to send it out. And then I had to wait even longer for it to get to me. The customer service team made all these promises that turned out to be totally empty and untrustworthy. I had to ask my neighbor to take the delivery since I'm gonna be away for two weeks. It was a pretty letdown experience overall.

    Body lotion and shower gel

    I just bought some body lotion and shower gel from this store, and honestly, I wasn't really thrilled with the whole experience. The products are alright, but I gotta say, getting bombarded with emails all the time is starting to really bug me. I get signing up for newsletters, but getting emails every single day just feels like they're trying to pressure me into buying more stuff.

    Body butters deal

    In November, this place had an awesome deal on body butters! They were only $15.00 for a big 200 ml size. I thought that was a great deal, so I ordered 8 of them. I was so excited, but then I found out that my order got canceled on their end. I never got a call or email about it, which was really disappointing. I wanted to give some of those body butters as Christmas gifts to my friends and family. I shop here all the time, so I was really disappointed that they didn't let me know about my order being canceled. I hope they can fix it and make it right!
