I had a very good experience. I bought an anvil. For the price, I didn't expect much, but it is actually pretty nice. Obviously it is not the best available, but, considering the price, it was a great deal and it suits my needs. The shipping was fast, too. The thing arrived at my house in about a week-- way ahead of my expectation. I have to give them an A+ on my purchase.

I ordered a floating inflatable dock today that is an 8 by 5 and I'd like to change the order to the 10 by 6 and a 1/2 foot. I've called and left 3 voicemails nobody's called me back nobody answers at customer service nobody answers that shipping and receiving and it's a busy signal when you hit option to for tracking. I sent of pm on Facebook and I also sent 2 emails. Can someone please get back to me before this item is shipped I need to switch it out for more expensive version.

Oh these people are HORRIBLE!!! I have a pump that's not even a month old and doesn't work at all and they are playing so many games trying to get ME to diagnose it and disassemble it. Like what a warranty huh. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
Commercial grade meat grinder
Vevor has an F rating with BBB. Buyer beware! I wish I would have looked at BBB first. My meat grinder showed up with a broken off bolt on the motor housing. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they refused. My options were, 1. Have it repaired locally (that probably would have voided the warranty) 2. They would give me a $25 credit OR 3. Sell it to a friend or family member and order another one. Incredibly stupid customer service. Now I’m stuck with a meat grinder that will likely leak raw meat into the motor housing, or I guess I can pay someone to try to mill a new hole for a new bolt. Either way, I have to fix something that is brand new. Find someone else to buy from.
