First-time Saber owner
I was kinda bummed that my package took forever to get here, but when I finally got it, I was totally impressed. The Saber quality was top-notch and it totally surpassed my expectations. I've been using it constantly for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems. So yeah, the wait was totally worth it for such an awesome product.
Duke lightsaber for my son
My son was totally obsessed with the Duke lightsaber I got him a few weeks back. But we hit a snag when I mistakenly used the wrong charger. Luckily, the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed everything in no time. I was really impressed with how fast they sorted things out and how eager they were to assist. I'd totally suggest this company to anyone and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
