Gene-based health recommendations
I really liked all the gene stuff that Vitagene gave me, especially the skin health, micronutrients, and diet info. But, I was kinda bummed out because the info was pretty broad. It didn't give me any specifics on certain diseases or health problems to keep an eye out for. Plus, if I wanted any personalized stuff like family history or genetic roots, I had to pay extra for it. I also found some discrepancies in the diet suggestions compared to the DNA info they gave me. Like, even though I have genes that make me prone to acne, they recommended a lot of dairy, which is usually a no-no for acne-prone folks. In general, I was hoping for more personalized diet advice.

I too purchased a Premium Health kit to examine my own body ,which may be best food to increase immune system, free DNA kit along with this package also help to know actual system functions and foods suited to body if go as per guidelines.This is what I never cared before.But a scary person, I too started caring myself .
