These shoes are seriously a game-changer! I can't resist ordering them over and over again because they're just that good. Color Question
I had to reach out today with a burning question about a specific color option. Labrisca helped me out, and let me tell you, she was amazing. Not only did she quickly answer my question and confirm that there are no new color options coming soon, but she also went above and beyond by asking for color suggestions for the team. That's what I call top-notch customer service!
Shoes
I bought these amazing shoes and man, they are so comfy! I was a bit stressed at first about getting the right size, but the customer service team really came through for me. waterproof shoes
I just got these waterproof shoes from this store not too long ago. At first, they seemed cool, but eventually they didn't keep my feet dry like they said they would. I reached out to customer service and was surprised how fast they fixed the problem. They let me send the shoes back and gave me a refund, even though I had them for a bit. The whole return was easy, and the folks at customer service were really nice and supportive the whole time.
