Shorts
I love all the designs and style of their products but the sizing is completely off . I have ordered from them 3 times trying to give them a chance and everytime the trouser shorts / sweat shorts / leather pants / bike shorts are without fail massive . I have my correct measurements saved on my phone and compare to any online shopping website size guide & 9/10 I get it right . But with WWW I have done this AND follow Danielle on social listen her reference on sizing up and down it is always beyond big . Like not even worth it to alter . I don’t know if they just don’t cater to petite sizes ? I don’t even really care about the pricing which seems a little huh but the fact that the sizing is this far off when I’m ordering xs / smalls ? I don’t get it plus thr material in my option is not worth the price . I would rather just buy all of my things from aritizia since they are always on point with sizing . For reference I am bust : 33in waist : 26 in hips: 33/34in
Cute tops & jeans
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I have to say, I'm not too happy with my experience. First off, I bought some cute tops and jeans, but the fit was totally off for my body type. Some items were good quality, but others were just terrible. Another thing that really bothers me is that the website never publishes my reviews! I like to read other people's opinions before I buy something, so it's frustrating when my review never shows up. It makes me wonder if they only show the positive reviews and hide the negative ones. I mean, come on, just be honest and transparent, right? I think I’ll stick to shopping at other places like Revolve from now on. Love the clothes, but the lack of honesty is a major turn-off for me.
Purchase - Exchange for Jeans
I'm really bummed out about how things went down with this company. I ordered a pair of jeans a couple of months back and needed to swap them for a different size. But, the replacement pair never showed up, and now, after 2 months, I'm still waiting on a refund. Their customer service is a total letdown. There's no phone number to even try to hash things out, and when I shoot off an email, it takes forever to hear back - like 2-3 weeks! And even when they do respond, it's usually no help at all. It's obvious this company couldn't care less about their customers or giving folks a good shopping experience. I definitely won't be buying from them ever again.
Crop top and jeans
I ordered this crop top and pair of jeans from an online store that I thought would be really cute, but I was totally wrong. The quality of these clothes is honestly pretty bad. The crop top felt like it was going to fall apart after one wash, and the jeans were so thin I could almost see through them. On top of that, the prices were way too high for the quality. I was really let down by my purchase and for sure won't be shopping there again.
Vegan leather overalls
I bought some of their overalls that were definitely not good quality and fit really weird. They felt like something you would find at the mall on sale. I was so mad because I tried to leave a bad review but they didn't publish it! I kept sending it in and everything but nothing. Also, the lady who runs the brand is shady. She steals designs and doesn't care about anything except herself. Trust me, don't buy from here!
Delayed delivery of order
I ordered something and was supposed to get it in 1-2 weeks, but it's been 7 weeks now and I haven't heard anything. I keep trying to check in, but all I get back are automated emails. They're busy putting out new stuff, but not giving me any updates. This lack of communication and super delayed delivery is not cool at all.
Disappointed with quality and service
I've been really let down by ordering directly from this brand's website. Even though they have some cool prints and styles, I've consistently had issues. I keep getting emails saying stuff I ordered is out of stock, which is super frustrating. It seems like they care more about sending free stuff to influencers than actually getting orders to us regular folks. Plus, the quality of the stuff I have gotten hasn't been great - cheap materials and bad fit. I've tried to be understanding, but I can't ignore the lack of attention to detail and customer service anymore. I'd suggest avoiding ordering from their website and waiting to buy from trusted places like Revolve or Shopbop instead.
My outfit
I got this really cute outfit from them, but it seriously took forever to get here. And then when it finally showed up, half of it was out of stock! The worst part is they wouldn't even give me a refund, just some stupid discount code that didn't even work. I'm never ordering from them again.
