    Eternal Eye Duo Stick, 4pc

    I ONLY received one of the four "Eternal Eye Duo Sticks" within my $50 order! There was NO back order notice in my package, NO copy of my order invoice and NO instructions on how to return my purchase.

    I am calling my bank to report the order's charge as FRAUDULENT! [My 'two' emails to customer service and my voicemail message left on the ONLY customer service number their web offers, ALL go unanswered!]

    I ordered this cream back in February - It has been 3 months. Me credit card has been charged but I have never received and confirmation for my order, I have emailed to no avail. There is no customer service phone number and no contact number for anywhere in this company online. I am SO disappointed. I know Stacey Scheiffelin sold this company and she regrets it because the new owners have ruined her reputation and lost customers to her brand that she still promotes on HSN. Its a drag because aI do like her products.

    I am having the exact same problem with NO response off my customer email inquiry OR from 'two' voicemail messages left on the ONLY number listed as their Customer Service number. FYI, HSN who also carries some of this line ALSO ONLY has this 'same' customer service number!
    I am calling my bank to report my purchase as 'fraud'. I am missing three items!
