We bought a prom dress. It did not fit well, and the quality was not good, with some stitching issues. We asked for a return and as many other customers we could not get reply to from the customer service. We emailed several times, and they will ignore you hoping you will go away. Don’t get fooled by the reasonable prices, you get what you paid for and if you need to return – good luck. I am really surprised that they are still in business.
Return denied
This company is terrible! I bought some dresses that were way too small and when I tried to return them, they wouldn't allow it! My mom had to reach out to them multiple times before they finally responded, but then they just said we couldn't return them. It's so unfair! We even mentioned getting a lawyer involved, but they still won't budge. I'm really angry that they haven't responded and now I'm out of money. Stay away from them, they're a complete scam!
Prom dress purchase
I ordered this really cute dress for my prom, but I'm getting super nervous because I haven't heard anything about it since. I don't even know if it's been made or where it is, and I can't afford to get another dress. I paid more than $100 for this one, so now I'm just stressing out. I've tried getting in touch with customer service, but I haven't heard back from them either.
20% refund not received
I ordered a dress back in January and was told I'd get a 20% refund. I sent several emails following up, but the refund never showed up. The dress didn't fit, but returning it ended up being a total nightmare. They wouldn't give me a refund or even offer a discount for keeping a dress that didn't fit me. Plus, they claimed one of the dresses I ordered was lost in transit. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here if you're looking for good customer service.
Daughter's prom dresses
I ordered dresses for my daughter's prom and it took so long to arrive. When they finally showed up, one of the dresses didn't fit her correctly, so I tried to return it. But can you believe they wouldn't give me a refund because of their dumb policy? Ugh, I'm never shopping here again! ?
Dress Return
I am so fed up with trying to return this dress that didn't fit me. I've been trying to start the return process since April 28th, but I can't seem to find the return address anywhere. The website said returns would be quick and easy, but that has definitely not been my experience.
Dress
I was really happy with my purchase from this company. It did take a little longer than I thought for my dress to arrive, but they kept me updated on its shipping progress, which was great. The dress fit me perfectly, in a size 12, and the quality was really good. The color was exactly as advertised, and overall, I had a good shopping experience with them.
Beautiful dress, fast delivery
I decided to take a risk and order from this site, and I was actually shocked by how good it turned out! The dress got to me pretty fast, and the color was just like in the pics. It was a tad bit larger than I thought it would be based on the sizing info, but all in all, I'm happy with what I got and would totally buy from them again.

this website is not reliable, i ordered my dress a month in advance and paid for expedited shipping, almost a month later, after their employees guranteed i'd receive it before my event, no dress. they say its been shipped but cannot gurantee a date like they previously did before, they also refuse to give me a tracking number. why did i pay $23 for fast shipping if they weren't going to stay true to their word?

Dresses are lovely, but this company will not work with you on returns. BTW, they are located in China, which means the cost to return will be more than the cost of your dress. They sure don't mention that on the site, do they? Beyond that, conversing with customer service will drive you mad - they will ask the same questions over and over, they will take days to respond, they will act like you haven't already send then the information they need, they will act like they can't find your order. This co. is a scam - they lure you in with lovely gowns, then force you to keep what you have purchased. Look elsewhere, this place is not worth it.

MISLEADING information on website: you can return BUT return DOES NOT EQUATE refund. I asked to cancel the order BEFORE it was shipped and they offered to refund the $9 dollars shipping fee (on a $150 dress) but not the dress' price because it was 120 hours after the order was placed.
They claimed they could not cancel because they had allocated fabric and labor on it but it was not a custom dress and when we ordered it said it was in stock and there were only a few left, so it did not look like they were going to do something special for our order other than take a dress in stock and ship it.
Also beware THEY CHARGE YOU THE MINUTE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, NOT WHEN IT IS SHIPPED.
I ordered on march 8th and received the dress on April 18th. The packaging was very small and had to be taped somewhere in transit because it ripped.The dress does not fit. I wear a size 2 or 4 in the USA, ordered a size 8 and it is too small at the waist.Two Dresses
Abosultely the worst. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. The sizes are Chinese and absoultely do not fit American women. I take a US size 12 and bought XXL - which is TWO sizes ... than I usually buy. The back was 8-10 inches from meeting up! When it came to returning the item, which was shipped to me from California, they made me ship the return back to CHINA ($30) and just to make it really difficult, they demanded the following information: Quantity; photo(s) of the items returned in original packaging; original order form; enclosed packing list will all information; original packaging w/label FROM them; photo of shipping label on the package BACK to them and a copy of the return receipt with tracking number. They know most people will never do all that. I did. The Chinese seem to think Americans are push-overs. If it's too much trouble we won't bother. Do NOT buy from this service.

Delivery was definitely not fast and I am getting the run around on trying to return the dresses that did not arrive in time for my event. Also bought dresses for more than one person and I am told they do not encourage buying multiple in different sizes and is against policy. What?!
Return shipping to China is on you and they try to exhaust you so that you get frustrated and don't even bother sending things back. It's pretty sickening and time consuming.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else!I really wish I would've known that it still hasn't came and the reason I ordered a dress off here is bc it said over night at most 2+3 days it's been four and the deadline for the event is in a couple days and still hasn't came

Im not one to leave bad reviews, but I just wanna warn other people! If you're planning to buy your prom dress here, don't. My recommendation is to cancel your order ASAP, because their cancelation policy only gives you a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours. Thats the long story short. If you want to hear specific reasons, keep reading!
1) They did not ship the dress in time. I specifically paid for expedited shipping (10-15 business days) and I got my dress 24 business days after buying it. Keep in mind that I did buy this during prom season, but it is the company's job to notify me it will take longer. I had to reach out to customer service myself to figure out what was going on.
2) Their returns are NOT easy and pretty much a scam. They ship from China and when you ship it back to China, they make you pay for the shipping! When I attempted to ship it back, the ups store said it would cost me over $100, so basically, they make returns impossible.
3) My dress was stuffed into the smallest bag possible when I got it. It just didn't feel packaged nicely and I want to feel like my money is worth it when I get my prom dress, but obviously, it wasn't.
4) The company did not email me when my dress was shipped like they said they would. So I was in the dark the whole time until it finally showed up on my door step.
Some final notes: The dress itself was really pretty, but I wouldn't say it was great quality. The customer service was nice enough and did help me, but still the cons much overweigh the pros.Light Blue Beading Tulle Prom Dress YPTED9001

Please be AWARE, this site might NOT be legit. It has some good reviews but when I dig deeper I am NERVOUS. We ordered (2) dresses in a Size 8 and Size 10 on May 5, 2021, for an event date of May 22, 2021.
We did this because the customer service robot chat person told us since my daughter was between sizes we should CUSTOM order - we WOULD have done this if it was to be here on time BUT, custom orders take 7-10 to make then 7-14 to ship. We paid extra for express shipping and ordered 2 sizes to be sure due to the return policy. BUT, I am reading they do not honor that policy and do not return the monies for said dresses despite us being clear in our order notes! EEEEEK!!! I am panicked for my pandemic graduate who is getting her first and only Prom now at the last minute and now may not have a dress!!!!!
My order was $338.00 - it said I was to get 15% off and free shipping/returns and to ship within 24 hours (dress sizes both in stock) with an arrival date of May 15. To date, they took $338 - no discount and I paid for express shipping. Monies are out of our account already and we still have NO ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. And, every time I call there is NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL! I really just would like an answer and an assurance the dress will arrive on time or money returned, if not and we would understand. PLEASE HELP!!!!I have ordered the same dress for my prom and sits still has not shipped, despite being advertised as “in stock and ships in 24 hours” on their website. White Appliques Dress
I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping so that it could be worn to an event four weeks later. Total purchase price was $108 USD. The website indicated that the dress would arrive in about a week or week and a half with normal shipping. The dress arrived three weeks later. The dress was pretty and looked like the picture. I took measurements and compared it to the size chart before I ordered it, but it didn't fit and we needed a larger size. It took so long for the dress to arrive that I just needed to return it since it arrived 3 days before my daughter needed to wear it. I was informed that the only warehouse accepting returns is in China. I brought the dress to a UPS store in the US and the shipping cost to return the item, which was in a plastic envelope and weighed just over a pound, was $160 USD. Postal service return was $58, and FedEx and DHL were $110 - $130. I contacted Zapaka and asked for a different return location and they said that China is the only warehouse accepting returns. They said that I could keep the dress and offered a 20% refund. I haven't seen the refund yet, but I won't be shopping here again. I also asked for a refund on the express shipping since it took 3 weeks, and they are still checking on that.
I have had the same experience as you. The returns are a SCAM!! They did not ship it in time to me either. I'll definitely ask for the 20% back and I'll also ask about the expedited shipping cost, thanks for that idea!

I never received my dress it was delivered to the wrong address and they are not doing their legwork to figure out what to do or getting back to me so I’m out my money because they don’t know how to follow through

Please do not order from this site if it even exists! They are, of course, more than happy to take your hard earned money! I made an order on the 22nd March and have received numerous tracking numbers. You are unable to track your order! No facility exists! I have almost daily been in contact with their 'online chat facility' and I'm continually told 'we are treating this as a priority'! They shouldn't be allowed to advertise something which does not exist on facebook! A total scam!
