A-Line Spaghetti Straps Long Prom Dress
Im not one to leave bad reviews, but I just wanna warn other people! If you're planning to buy your prom dress here, don't. My recommendation is to cancel your order ASAP, because their cancelation policy only gives you a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours. Thats the long story short. If you want to hear specific reasons, keep reading!
1) They did not ship the dress in time. I specifically paid for expedited shipping (10-15 business days) and I got my dress 24 business days after buying it. Keep in mind that I did buy this during prom season, but it is the company's job to notify me it will take longer. I had to reach out to customer service myself to figure out what was going on.
2) Their returns are NOT easy and pretty much a scam. They ship from China and when you ship it back to China, they make you pay for the shipping! When I attempted to ship it back, the ups store said it would cost me over $100, so basically, they make returns impossible.
3) My dress was stuffed into the smallest bag possible when I got it. It just didn't feel packaged nicely and I want to feel like my money is worth it when I get my prom dress, but obviously, it wasn't.
4) The company did not email me when my dress was shipped like they said they would. So I was in the dark the whole time until it finally showed up on my door step.
Some final notes: The dress itself was really pretty, but I wouldn't say it was great quality. The customer service was nice enough and did help me, but still the cons much overweigh the pros.Light Blue Beading Tulle Prom Dress YPTED9001

Please be AWARE, this site might NOT be legit. It has some good reviews but when I dig deeper I am NERVOUS. We ordered (2) dresses in a Size 8 and Size 10 on May 5, 2021, for an event date of May 22, 2021.
We did this because the customer service robot chat person told us since my daughter was between sizes we should CUSTOM order - we WOULD have done this if it was to be here on time BUT, custom orders take 7-10 to make then 7-14 to ship. We paid extra for express shipping and ordered 2 sizes to be sure due to the return policy. BUT, I am reading they do not honor that policy and do not return the monies for said dresses despite us being clear in our order notes! EEEEEK!!! I am panicked for my pandemic graduate who is getting her first and only Prom now at the last minute and now may not have a dress!!!!!
My order was $338.00 - it said I was to get 15% off and free shipping/returns and to ship within 24 hours (dress sizes both in stock) with an arrival date of May 15. To date, they took $338 - no discount and I paid for express shipping. Monies are out of our account already and we still have NO ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. And, every time I call there is NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL! I really just would like an answer and an assurance the dress will arrive on time or money returned, if not and we would understand. PLEASE HELP!!!!I have ordered the same dress for my prom and sits still has not shipped, despite being advertised as “in stock and ships in 24 hours” on their website. Have your daughters dresses shipped yet?

White Appliques Dress
I ordered a dress and paid for express shipping so that it could be worn to an event four weeks later. Total purchase price was $108 USD. The website indicated that the dress would arrive in about a week or week and a half with normal shipping. The dress arrived three weeks later. The dress was pretty and looked like the picture. I took measurements and compared it to the size chart before I ordered it, but it didn't fit and we needed a larger size. It took so long for the dress to arrive that I just needed to return it since it arrived 3 days before my daughter needed to wear it. I was informed that the only warehouse accepting returns is in China. I brought the dress to a UPS store in the US and the shipping cost to return the item, which was in a plastic envelope and weighed just over a pound, was $160 USD. Postal service return was $58, and FedEx and DHL were $110 - $130. I contacted Zapaka and asked for a different return location and they said that China is the only warehouse accepting returns. They said that I could keep the dress and offered a 20% refund. I haven't seen the refund yet, but I won't be shopping here again. I also asked for a refund on the express shipping since it took 3 weeks, and they are still checking on that.
I have had the same experience as you. The returns are a SCAM!! They did not ship it in time to me either. I'll definitely ask for the 20% back and I'll also ask about the expedited shipping cost, thanks for that idea!
Dress
I never received my dress it was delivered to the wrong address and they are not doing their legwork to figure out what to do or getting back to me so I’m out my money because they don’t know how to follow through

It was my first time ordering something from ZAPAKA. I trusted the reviews and must say that it's even better than I expected. I bought a prom dress for my special day. The dress is absolutely gorgeous and beautiful. The material is top-notch. It is just the right size and the style like I wished. I will definitely buy it again at ZAPAKA and talk about it to future other girls. Thanks, ZAPAKA.

Please do not order from this site if it even exists! They are, of course, more than happy to take your hard earned money! I made an order on the 22nd March and have received numerous tracking numbers. You are unable to track your order! No facility exists! I have almost daily been in contact with their 'online chat facility' and I'm continually told 'we are treating this as a priority'! They shouldn't be allowed to advertise something which does not exist on facebook! A total scam!

I ordered two dresses, nothing too fancy. It took almost a month for them to ship. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if customer service had been honest about the timeline when I contacted them after more than a week. I was out of town for two weeks when they finally shipped and had to arrange for packages to be held at the post office. I really don't like being lied to. It gets worse. When they finally shipped to me, they sent the wrong size. I initiated the exchange or return process and Zapaka stated I was responsible for paying the shipping for the exchange, international shipping to China. It gets better. It's not a guaranteed exchange or return. They will inspect this dress I tried on once to determine if it is in good enough condition for an exchange/return. I responded that it was Zapaka's mistake and they needed to take responsibility for paying for the return shipping; if they had sent the correct size to start I wouldn't need to send it back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY without considering that you may end up stuck with a product you didn't order without any means to fix the situation without spending more money. Their customer service is terrible.

Wunderschönes Kleid, das genau so aussieht, wie abgebildet! Es sitzt sehr gut und macht eine schöne Figur. Habe im Büro sehr viele Komplimente bekommen!
Straps High low Lace Dress
The Compliments kept coming! I'm 5'7" and this garment was the right length for me. I purchased it because it reminded me of my Wedding dress that I Designed 22 years ago and yes, it too was Royal Blue with lace. What a Great Anniversary Dinner dress.

BELLISSIMO. Tessuto ottimo. Rifiniture perfette e curate nei minimi dettagli. Veste benissimo e le misure sono giuste e comode. Sembra cucito addosso. Soddisfattissima del mio acquisto. Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa.
Burgundy Vokuhila Spitzenkleid
Trage normalerweise auch S und Kleid passt wie erwartet super. Bei 1,64 m geht mir das Kleid etwa bis zur Wade und ist damit etwas länger als erwartet, aber mit hohen Schuhen wird für die Hochzeitsfeier perfekt aussehen. Bei meinen Maßen (Brust: 82cm, Taille: 60cm, Hüfte: 82cm) liegt das Kleid in S schön eng an und ist trotzdem nicht zu eng. Der Stoff fühlt sich sehr angenehm an und die Nähte sehen auch sauber aus.

Très jolie robe bien taillée dans une matière coton avec 5% de spandex qui la rend un peu élastique.
La taille en L est peut-être est tout petit peu grande bien que le guide des tailles soit assez fiable.

Looks just like the picture, received as apart of a larger order. I thought it would take much longer than the expected time to arrive, but the processing time was the longest, the shipping was extremely quick. This brooch is extremely sparkly.
Poor quality dress and customer service
I ordered a dress according to the body measurements/size chart, and it was very big. When I contacted customer service, Polly said to take the dress to a tailor, and she'd give me partial refund. I emailed her once I took the dress to a tailor, she replied my email a week later saying to return the dress instead. Well, it's too late for that now.
Don't expect a high quality dress or good customer service for the price you pay. The dress doesn't have any lining and it's see through.
