I ordered a dress according to the body measurements/size chart, and it was very big. When I contacted customer service, Polly said to take the dress to a tailor, and she'd give me partial refund. I emailed her once I took the dress to a tailor, she replied my email a week later saying to return the dress instead. Well, it's too late for that now.
Don't expect a high quality dress or good customer service for the price you pay. The dress doesn't have any lining and it's see through.
