Loan application
Working with the New Silver company was amazing! The loan application process was smooth, and Joe and Amra were super cool, always there to answer my questions and offer support. The only downside was having to create a new LLC, which ended up being more expensive and time-consuming than I anticipated. However, overall, I was really pleased with the outcome. Their online portal is incredibly high-tech and user-friendly. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Sauna kit
I recently bought a sauna kit from your company and was pretty disappointed with how things went down. It arrived on time, but when I opened it up, I noticed that the wood panels were all scratched up like they were tossed around. And to top it off, a key piece was missing which meant I couldn't even set up the sauna right. I tried to contact customer service by email, but I haven't gotten a reply about the missing part yet. It's frustrating to drop a bunch of cash on something I can't even use properly because of these problems.

Replacement cartridge purchase
I'm a regular customer and usually have good experiences with this company. But my last purchase was a letdown. The Mustache MICPG240xxl Black cartridge I got didn't perform well. The ink didn't come out as a deep black like it should have - it had this weird blue-ish tint to it. This was frustrating and made my printed documents look lower quality.
