I got these really awesome shoes, but I messed up and ended up ordering two pairs of the same ones. I sent them an email as soon as I realized and they replied super quick, helping me to cancel one order. Even though one of the pairs had already been shipped, they still went above and beyond to try to fix it. Their customer service was top-notch and totally blew me away. Jacket return and reorder for bigger size
I just had to return a jacket I bought because it was too small. The return was super quick and smooth, and I got my money back right away. Instead of swapping it out, I decided to just order a larger size to get it faster. The shipping was crazy fast, making the whole thing easy as pie.
