Online course registration
As someone wanting to take an online course, I was really frustrated that I couldn't find any info on how much the courses cost upfront. It's important for us as customers to know the fees before we decide to enroll, and not having that information easily accessible is not cool. Without knowing how much it'll cost, I can't go ahead with signing up. It's kind of a letdown that they don't have this basic customer service stuff sorted out, because it's stopping me from making a smart choice.

Oakley sunglasses
I wasn't sure about ordering from this new retailer at first since I hadn't heard of them before. But they had the Oakley sunglasses I wanted on their site, so I figured why not give it a shot. I even called Oakley to double-check if Slam Jam was legit, and they said they were. Placed my order and everything went super smoothly. Even though the stuff came all the way from Italy, it got here pretty fast. Had a good experience overall and would totally recommend Slam Jam to anyone.

Backpack and tote bag
I recently picked up this awesome backpack and tote bag from a store that partners with a charity in India to provide rice for those in need. The backpack is really durable and has enough space for all my school stuff, while the tote bag is great for beach trips or just carrying my snacks. It feels good to know that my purchase is making a difference for a family in need. And the designs are so cool, I love how unique they are!

Blank puzzle purchase
I bought a blank puzzle from this company thinking I'd give it as a gift, but man, was I let down. I shelled out extra for quick shipping, only to find out 16 days later that the puzzle hadn't even been made yet. It took a whole month for the puzzle to get to me, way past when I needed it for the gift. And to top it off, the puzzle had broken pieces, showing they weren't keeping an eye on quality. I also found out they're based in China, which wasn't clear on their site, making the whole thing even more disappointing. The picture printed on the puzzle was good at least, but that didn't make up for the overall letdown.
