Polarized sunglasses purchase
I just got these new polarized sunglasses from this company, but I gotta say, my whole experience was pretty disappointing. I tried to get in touch with their customer service about my last order, and it was just a letdown. When I called, I got this automated message saying they were closed for Christmas, even though it was way after the holidays.

Personalized puzzle order
As someone who has bought from this company before, I've always been super happy with how easy it is to order and how great the products are. Last time I ordered, there was a little issue with the website missing a step when I was trying to personalize my puzzle. But the customer service team fixed it right away by contacting me for the info they needed and even sending me a preview of the puzzle before making it. They were so nice and made sure my order was just how I wanted it. I can't wait for my puzzle to arrive - I'm sure it's gonna be awesome!

Skinny summer dresses
The delivery came really quick, and they shipped it out right away, so that was awesome. But honestly, I was kind of bummed out about the dresses. They were a lot thinner than I was hoping for, definitely better for a warmer place than where I'm at. I even used the filters for the season when I ordered, but they still ended up being too lightweight for the cold where I live. It's my fault, should've checked where they were made - turns out, it's from a warmer country.
