This fantastic person named Lin assisted me and managed to deliver my order ahead of schedule. My tote is INCREDIBLE and incredibly soft, I was surprised since it's made of canvas. I've been using the virtual mail service for like ten years now and I gotta say, it's been smooth sailing all the way. It's basically like having my own little mail room, but everything is scanned so I can handle it all just like checking emails.
