I had a really bad experience at that place. The videos they post on social media are obviously taken from the internet, and it just shows they're not being authentic or professional. I wouldn't recommend giving them any of your personal or financial details. Their trustworthiness and honesty are definitely in doubt.

I bought some hair dye from this place not too long ago, and it ended up being a really bad experience for me. I did a patch test on my inner arm back in August 2022, and a few hours later, my skin got all irritated and ended up turning into painful blisters after a day. I talked to a pharmacist about it, and they gave me antihistamines and steroid cream to help with the symptoms. But it took about three weeks for my skin to heal, and it was a pretty uncomfortable process. The company didn't seem too concerned or sympathetic about what happened to me, even though my reaction was pretty severe. I think it's really important for them to take the safety of this product more seriously and do a thorough investigation. I have evidence of what happened to me, and it definitely shows how dangerous this product can be.
