Late package delivery
I recently had a frustrating experience with my package delivery. Despite the specified delivery date, my package didn't arrive on time. When I tried to track the package number, it sent me to the company's website where I tried to use the manage delivery option. But, the package wasn't listed in the options, even though my account details matched those on the package. I even tried to reset my password, but I never got the email I needed to update it, even though my email was correct in my account preferences. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service and management, especially when you think about how well the company's stock has done over the years.
